| No Freighters getting attacked in Blighted Expedition Posted: 19 Apr 2022 08:53 AM PDT I'm trying to play the Blighted Expedition, but I'm stuck on the Liberation goal on Phase 1. It says to warp to different systems, find freighter groups, and save them from pirate attack. I have warped to three different systems, found freighters at all the space stations, but none of them are getting attacked by pirates, except one maybe, but it happened while I was on a planet and by the time I got there there was no sign of pirates. I have been attacked by pirates three times but no freighters have. Am I doing something wrong? How do I complete this mission? |

These two button are the most used actions every turn and they don't seem seem to be mapped to anything. Am I missing something? Is there a mod to fix that?f |
| Don't Starve Will Crash Seconds After Launching Posted: 19 Apr 2022 06:54 AM PDT So every time I launch don't starve alone it crashes a couple of seconds it fully boots up. I was able to play on it the very first time I launched it and played for 53 mins before getting off. Now whenever I launch it, the aforementioned problem happens. I tried reinstalling it but that didn't change anything. I've tried running it as an administrator, turning off fullscreen optimization. When I launch it. It wont respond and show a black screen for a couple of seconds, then it will show the main menu for a few seconds, even letting me click on buttons, then after a seemingly constant amount of time, it crashes. I've also tried verifying/fixing it through the launcher which didn't fix it. (This is the GOG version of the game) (I have no mods installed) (I do have reign of giants) |

Posted: 18 Apr 2022 05:40 PM PDT I have a single player world, and I'm trying to make a game in which two players try to attack and destroy each other's bases (represented by and iron golem and a ravager in cages). I'm trying to allow them to use mobs (snow golems and skeletons) to aid them in their endeavors. However, I am having trouble making the snow golems do damage. I'm going to try the following command tomorrow, and I'll post an answer if it works, but I'm wondering if there is a better way to do this with commands. Is there any way to make snow golems do damage to mobs who aren't blazes? Note: I'm playing on an Xbox, so less is more when it comes to character count for the command. :) |

Posted: 18 Apr 2022 04:25 PM PDT The first chest of Hyperion Station, while grinding against the Legionaries and opening it while Jack's getting beat on the floor, sometimes, I'm seeing some very big numbers in the loot's descriptions, like a Level 2 Compensated Factualizer with:
Looking at variants listed on the Wiki, it seems confirmed that the Compensated prefix is what's causing it. I'm not a fan of "Consumes 2 ammo per shot" guns like that, so I don't know if I should have gone for it, instead of tossing it. Does "+350% Weapon Accuracy" have an effect that matches its large numbers? Like, how much tighter are my groupings, for instance? |

You drop an item that spawns a dropper with a small UI. There are 2 empty slots where both players will put a custom player head from their inventory. These heads are the collectibles on my server. But my problem is that I can't prevent players from just taking the heads and leaving. I tried to give the heads inside of the dropper a custom nbt but I don't know how to do that. I also can't just clear the heads from the inventory because a player can have more than one head. I don't want to use data packs or plugins for this but I'm out of ideas... |

I currently have this: If I run the following it says "hi": so I know it's targeting the item frame. The item frame is facing west so I minus 1 from the x to try to get the hopper but then nothing runs. |

It seems that "Numb" is the highest named level, given the table at the bottom of the page, but presumably that's still survivable, otherwise its effects wouldn't matter because it'd be death? But apparently, since if you can die from the cold, there's different internally coded stages of being Numb, and the last one is lethal? |

| Can't use my custom skins in Minecraft Posted: 18 Apr 2022 01:01 PM PDT After the PS3 edition ended, a year afterwards I got Minecraft Java edition on PC on the day the 1.17 update came out. I had custom skins I can use for my Minecraft but when I started the game it just showed up as Steve and it's been doing that ever since the day I got the game, also I can't join any servers or play multiplayer(which is the same thing). I allowed firewall and I still can't play on any servers. I've tried looking through the internet to see if I could solve this problem but nothing, now my computer is a tad bit outdated and I know it's not my game because I played it on my laptop (skins work and I assume servers too). I don't know if this has been solved. but I would appreciate if someone can answer. |

Posted: 18 Apr 2022 12:42 PM PDT I am looking to create an area where, when players enter it, their hunger does not deplete but they are not 'invincible' (super-fast regenerating health). I have tried: 1) But this just gives the infinite health regen issue. 2) (and all food levels below) and given the appropriate saturation, but that is incredibly resource intensive and still provides some form of invinicibility. Basically I want the hunger to freeze but for saturation to stay at a consistent level. Is there a way to do this through the use of command blocks or functions (it's also important it can be toggled). Thanks |
| CiV crashes on a newer, high-end system Posted: 18 Apr 2022 10:01 AM PDT When running CiV on a newer high-end computer, it will sometimes crash. The usual message is a segmentation fault or similar problem. Crashes happen seemingly randomly, though usually between pressing end turn and being given control again. That may be random though, as the game does most of its processing at that point. Downgrading the processor seems to resolve issues (via the bios, or by doing some computer building), which seems very strange? |

However when I attempt to patch it with UCP it shows this: I've tried running it in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit with Intel Core 2 Quad (4 CPUS) 2.4 Ghz and 4 GB Ram. |

In building my budding mercantile empire, I don't want to lose ships if I can avoid it. I am aware of the MK3 Blacklist Manager and the emergency jump command but that's not exactly what I'm looking for:
What I'd really like is to be able to tell a freighter "If an enemy M6 closes to within 10 KM, evade / change course / jump away." I'd settle for "If you pick up a Big Bad at long range, jump away immediately." Is this even possible within the existing suite of commands? If not, is there a close-to-official mod that will give me a similar command set? |
| How do I launch Call of Duty 4/PEZBot with bots always enabled? Posted: 18 Apr 2022 07:01 AM PDT I have Call of Duty 4 (App Store version) on Mac, and PeZBOT mod for bots. I installed PeZBOT following the instructions to my Library folder, and it is working fine. However, by default, it does not have bots. Whenever I start a server, I must go to console and type (or whatever other number) to turn bots on. This is a bit tedious - how do I turn the bots on by default? I tried modifying pezbot.cfg in the mod folder, but it does not seem to have any effect. |
