Can I play Call of Duty Black Ops III on virtual LAN?

I would like to know if there is any way to play Call of Duty Black Ops 3 friends in virtual LAN. I usually play minecraft with some friends with Hamachi, is there any way to play, perhaps with the help of some software like Hamachi, in a kind of virtual lan like minecraft but in Call of Duty Black Ops 3?

How to downgrade Terraria Steam Client from 1.4.3.6 to 1.4.3.2?

I want to play terraria with some friends on console, but the newest Steam version is four updates away from the newest console version, Which(I assume) makes us incompatible, how should I go about this? should I downgrade my client version, or is 1.4.3.2 compatible with 1.4.3.6?

Overwatch 2 Tech Beta doesn't appear in Game Versions

I followed the instructions on Overwatch 2 open beta access. A short official version detailed unofficial version

I tried to restart the battle net launcher and to log out 3 times already - doesn't help.

What is the best minecraft base defense to use against online players

These guys keep raiding my base and it usually ends up in total destruction due to TNT. They won't fall for traps and usually they TNT anything they see as a path to my base. How can I outsmart them?

Do Zacian and Zamazenta have Steel Beam in their Crowned Form tutor set, like all other Steel-Type Pokemon?

I was just posting a comment about the move Steel Beam when I wondered: If you had a Zacian or Zamazenta in their Crowned forms outside of battle, could it learn Steel Beam?

First, I want to talk about Zacian and Zamazenta's Crowned forms. These forms are only used in battle and add the Steel Type to the legendary dogs, sort of like Groudon and Kyogre's Primal forms (but without that long opening animation that plays the first time they are sent into battle).

This is why I wondered: Because Zacian and Zamazenta gain the Steel Type when they are in their Crowned forms, what if they could be in these forms outside of battle? And if they can, could they learn Steel Beam like any other Steel type?

Is there somewhere else to buy the Remembrance Weapons?

I burnt the tree and now the finger reader in roundtable hold won't speak to me (understandable I guess) but I want to trade in some remembrances.

Is there any other way I can get them traded for weapons or is that it now?

How do I a get deleted world save back?

I have a BungeeCord (Waterfall) server network. Well, that's besides the point. One of my friends built a bunch of stuff on a world. Later, I was cleaning up old backups. I thought I was deleting an old backup when I deleted the latest one. I have tried getting that region's MCA file back using recovery software (DMDE). I found a lot of different versions of the same file from different times. I went through each one and none of them were the right one. BUT, I heard chunks might be saved client side here: ...do all the members in the server save a local copy...?. Is this true? Is there any way I might be able to get my save back?

Is there a bedrock equivalent to Java double carpets?

In Minecraft Java Edition, doubled carpets block villager pathfinding, including searching for job blocks.

In Bedrock, where pathfinding is notoriously bad and villagers can connect to job blocks that they can't physically reach, is there a way to block their pathfinding like this?

What is this blue callout in Prison Architect and how do I disable it?

I just loaded up my Prison Architect save and there's a strange icon by the arriving helicopter, that I can't figure out what it is trying to indicate. There have been some updates to Prison Architect since the last time I saved (December 2021), so could it possibly be related to that?

The helicopter is configured to allow imports and exports of goods, no prisoner intake, and no civilian in/out. I watched, and the icon appears to disappear after the workmen remove the last item from the inbound shipment.

It's using the same callout mechanism that's used to alert you to things that actually do need your attention: your guard being attacked, a tunnel is found. But this seems to be a benign indicator of "you have an inbound shipment" and it shows up with every single helicopter, drawing attention regardless of where you're looking.

Is that what this blue callout is actually indicating (inbound helicopter shipment), or is it trying to communicate something else? And can I disable it, or somehow configure it to not be constantly trying to pull my attention to my helicopter port?

(And is there a proper name for this indicator? "Blue callout" doesn't seem to be what it's called so I wasn't lucky in Googling for more information.)

A later helicopter appears to take the callout with it as it flies away. This helicopter in the following screenshot is flying away; it contains a bunch of exports (12 logs, 16 wood). I reviewed my staff and there's no workman on board. So what is this callout, and why is it being shown to me?

In the game options menu (Options → Game), there's a new option called "HUD Waypoints" which I thought might be related, but changing that from the default ("All On") to "Most Important" doesn't seem to hide this callout.

Connecting Habitats Together?

A bit of a vague title but to clarify, when placing barriers to make habitats, can one barrier be a partition between two habitats?

Does each habitat need its own distinct 'four walls` so if there were two habitats side by side there would be a small gap between the barriers. Or can I make one giant habitat then divide it in two by adding a single barrer down the middle?

How did an ADVENT MEC target my soldiers with micro-missiles without knowledge of their location?

I had two soldiers fully obscured from the MEC; they had no line of sight to the MEC and the MEC hadn't previously seen them. On it's first turn, the MEC fired a volley of micro missiles which hit two of my soldiers. As far as I can see, there are three possible explanations:

  • MECs can sense units without line-of-sight
  • MECs will sometimes 'grenade-spam' enemy positions, hoping for lucky hit
  • The AI is cheating

Which of these is the case?

I have 6 coke ovens producing coal coke but i cant seem to figure out why 9it wont work, in in 1.7.10 survival stories 3 (and no the tank is not full that tank goes up a lot) The coke ovens are from railcraft the fluiducts from thermal dynamics and the tank is from openblocks enter image description here

Playstation network signed me out?

So I recently turned on my PS4 & my PSN account was signed out, unfortunately I don't know my password nor do I have access to the email address associated with the account. I've never experienced this before though so I'm curious as to why my account was signed out? My account has remained logged into without requiring authentication for over a year..

So I have three questions,

#1 - If I were to be banned from PSN for whatever reason, would I have been logged out automatically, or would I be prompted with a dialogue stating I'm banned.

#2 - Is this normal? Is it a regular occurence for you to be randomly signed out of PSN ( I mean I would assume not, since I've been logged in for over a year.

#3 - Is it possible someone changed my password whilst I was inactive? and so due to crednetials changing I was signed out to reauthenticate my credentials.

Hotbar won’t show? Unable to scroll?

My Minecraft PE hotbar, health bar, and hunger bar won't show. The weird thing is, my hand is still there. I'm also unable to scroll through servers, games, etc. I need help. Now.

Use Xbox One Controller as joystick

The 1994 game Star Wars: Tie Fighter Special Edition requires both mouse/keyboard and joystick inputs to play (not at the same time). I have a utility which allows me to use my mouse to emulate a joystick, but this doesn't make for the easiest of controls.

I know that many modern games offer controller support, but since this is such an old game it isn't the case here. The game doesn't let you map the joystick controls to the Xbox One controller, and I haven't been able to find anything in the config files that will help either.

So is there any way to use an Xbox One controller as a joystick?

Worker stole tractor and ran off -- how can I get it back?

In Farm Manager 2018, I had a field manager assigned to a field of buckwheat. We finished the first harvest in midsummer and she then proceeded to replow and recultivate the field for the second planting. As she went to get the precision seeder and tractor, I went and bought a second plot of land. This appears to have confused the NPC AI, because the field manager fetched the tractor, and then decided to take a joy ride off of the farm and straight off the edge of the map!

Exit stage North...

Since she's busy, I can't fire her (the 'release' button on the detail dialog is disabled.) Since the tractor is in use, I can't sell it and buy another one. I removed her as field manager and replaced her with another worker, and all this resulted in was her doing a wide loop, re-entering the playable map from the west, then exiting North again.

I also tried reloading a previous save immediately after the previous harvest. After the worker plowed the field and cultivated it, I intentionally didn't buy more land ... and the same thing happened!

How can I get my tractor back? (Worker too if possible.) Getting a way to fire the worker/sell the tractor would also be an OK solution. I don't use mods, but if there's a "console" way of forcing an asset reset I'd be open to that as long as it doesn't disable Steam achievements.

How does "Power" work in Tetris DX?

In Tetris DX, your save file has a statistic called "Power", which goes up when you do well, and goes down when you don't.

I never got the instruction book with my copy (bought second-hand), so I don't know if it's explained in there, but I'm not sure exactly how Power operates.

I don't know if it's level-based, score-based, lines-based, how well you play (e.g. number of Tetris' you get in a round or how long you spend fast-dropping blocks) or if it's something else, as every round is different.

As shown in the photo below I'm at Power level 1288. I can't seem to get it much higher than that, even though I'm regularly hitting 300+ lines (and at one point hit 975 lines).

So, what factors determine your power, and what's the highest it can go?

Effects of opposite potions and their order of application

This only applied to Speed and Slowness potions, Mining Fatigue and Mining Haste. Does applying on then the other (to yourself) change the way the effect you, or change the way the particles show? Also, how does applying them both effect your speed/mining rate. Do they cancel each other out to leave you with the rate you started with, or do they end with a slight buff/debuff?

So I stopped playing TF2 for a while and would like to start up again. I played a little bit and it doesn't seem as fun without the achievements. How can I reset these?

Ive tried reset statistics but it did not reset achievements.

P.S. I'm on a Mac.

How do I make an effective Minecraft SMP trap?

On a SMP server that I play, there's been some raids by other players to grab my stuff, and occasionally killing me and taking my inventory. So, I'd like to make some traps for them the next time they come in. What's the best way to make a trap for them?

Attributes I'd like would be

  1. Simple: Although I likely have enough redstone dust and such to make a complex trap, I'd prefer a design I'm unlikely to mess up, as I've blown myself up before trying to make a TNT-related trap.

  2. Inescapable: Well, this goes without saying. I suppose anything can be escaped/avoided with the right foreknowledge and equipment, but I'd like something they're nearly certain to fall into. That said, I'd prefer it if the trap wasn't something I could accidentally kill myself with as I go around my house.

  3. Finally, I'd like a trap that doesn't destroy all the equipment along with the enemy player, is it would be nice to loot their diamond swords instead of burning them. (Although, I'd be fine with some lava traps as a last line of defense if they avoid everything else.)

To clarify, in the servers I mainly play on, it's usually just default gameplay, as abusing admin powers to raid is not allowed. So assume the enemy players have the best possible equipment (diamond pickaxes, swords, armor, bows, TNT, water/lava blocks, etc.), but no admin ability.
