| How can I setup an offline voting system? Posted: 18 May 2022 05:46 AM PDT I'm running a 1.18.1 Fabric server with a votifier mod that's kinda limited, at the moment it's adding 1 score to the player who voted with votifier through placeholder text. I've sussed out as far as using which doesn't work, but I feel like I'm close, I just can't figure it out. But the part that's got me really stumped is how to then take away that point, and repeat the process if necessary. Thanks in advance for any help! |

| How to escape when cornered by enemies? Posted: 18 May 2022 05:22 AM PDT It unfortunately seems more than plausible to get surrounded by enemies against some obstacle — I haven't yet rang the first bell and I've been "corner-locked" at least four times, for instance:
This is not a "stunlock" since my character is not in a permanent stunned state, but only can't move (essentially) anywhere due to enemy model collision. Stamina runs out near-immediately when attempting to block several foes at once and I'm uncertain if there are many spells or items with a low enough wind-up time in the entire game. Rolling doesn't appear to affect the collision detection and I suppose that it isn't possible to "jump" immediately (requires running,f if that would even help in any way). In essence, the enemies occasionally happen to block the player who as a result may not have any real change to finish any attacks. |

Posted: 18 May 2022 01:43 AM PDT In later entries in the series such as Civilization V, the player is able to use Are either of these capabilities present in Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri or its Alien Crossfire expansion? I'm tired of being in-doubt as to just how many units I've got floating around — enumerating them all one spoonful at a time from the Base Information's "Support" list is time-consuming, painful, and misses tamed Mind Worm boils anyway. I would really like to see either a list of all allied units, or a way to manually cycle between them (even if only the unwaited units—I'd be fine to completely eschew automation, since it's not very good in many cases anyway). |

Posted: 17 May 2022 08:12 PM PDT I specifically remember a time where there was this website you can go into and you were allowed to spend Quest points to receive hints to different quests you are currently on. Is this true, If so, what was the website/context, or is my old mind playing tricks on me? |

Which seem to reuse models from the banner of the Humble Games 2021 Autumn Sale. It's really tall, but I'm most focused on the ones at the top. EG, not created by Ethan's stories. For example, did the Vandergriff family exist at all, and did the mining accident that killed the family patriarch (As detailed in the newspaper clipping found in the bonfire near the start of the game) really happen. or was this part of one of Ethan's stories as well? Is there an easy way to tell which elements were real? |

Posted: 17 May 2022 08:42 AM PDT My HDMI port does not work, but the AV does.I was using an AV cable but i have to swap my old hdd for a new ssd and now i do not have an image though the AV cable. The old HDD was sold an i have no access to it anymore. My doubt is...Can i access the "bios" of the console to format my ssd through the AV cable or this part of the system can only be displayed on the HDMI? |

Can I use only my keyboard to attack? I have a bit of repetitive strain injury on my right hand, so I'd like to go full-keyboard if at all possible. | Where did my $500,000 car go in GTA 5 [duplicate] Posted: 16 May 2022 10:33 PM PDT So no I didn't leave it lying around I put it back in one of my personal garages. I went to go and retrieve it but no cars showed up in the garage. I have gone to impound and it's not there. This is single player (hate multiplayer) is it gone forever or is it a known glitch? If so, is it worth buying cars if they're just gonna up and leave? I've already seen the other question and no it doesn't answer it because I didn't leave it lying around, I put it back in my personal garage (not house) |
| How does Pistons priority work? Posted: 17 May 2022 07:07 PM PDT I have two pistons facing each other. Powering both at the same time from the side can give different results based on where it is being powered from. I have absolutly no clue on the pattern and how to use it. How does it work? Here is an example of an experiment:
As you can see, the center pistons are biased based on the side as well as the right one. The left one will have the same bias regardless of side powered. I decided to make more tests and here are the results: Each line is a pair of pistons. There are two rows of experiments. The block above shows which side he is biased towards. Orange (Granite) means powered from the left side and Gray (Andesite) is powered from the right. For example, the top left most (first red stroke in next pic) has both blocks on top of each other, meaning regardless of side, the piston closer to the camera is powered.

For example I know how to do certain things conditionally such as running a command if a creeper is there: but for things other than single entity detection I don't know how to approach this. |
| Why can't I enter my birthdate on Roblox? Posted: 17 May 2022 05:20 PM PDT I go to change my birthdate on Roblox, but nothing shows up, the dropdowns are just blank with no Month, Day or Year:
It also shows me a pop up asking to put in the Missing Details to improve the experience, but no matter how many times I put in my age it doesn't save and asks it again.

| Is there a way to access the Moogle Chocobo Carnival Content? Posted: 17 May 2022 10:03 AM PDT Because quite a few games are "incomplete" with DLC coming out much later and patches to fix up bugs that get discovered after release, it's been my policy that when i get a new game i wait some time for the DLC and Patches to come out. I went looking on the Final Fantasy Wikia about the DLC currently available for Final Fantasy XV with Episode Ignis coming out in December and while reading about the Assassins Festival DLC the wikia said
now this confused me as Final Fantasy XV is primarily a Single Player game as such in-game events shouldn't be reliant on real life time constraints as if it was an MMORPG so i looked up a previous "event", the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. according to it's wikia
now to me it sounds like that i (who pre-ordered the game but waited for the expected DLC) and anyone else who buys the game (especially for when it comes out on steam) now can't access this content since the event is now over. So i am wondering, is there anyway i can access the Moogle Chocobo Carnival Content now? or do i have to wait until Square decides to allow me access to it? |
| How can I create an Elytra booster? Posted: 17 May 2022 06:01 AM PDT I'm trying to replicate the spider queens bone in logdotzip's ccmp series. I've gotten pretty far, however I can't finish it. I've gotten up to The things I need help with is combining both commands, getting the order of the string of commands right, getting the name of the bone to have to be "Spider Queen's Bone", having no drops come from the spiders, and killing only the spiders spawned by the bone. There may be missing things because I am new to larger commands. |
| How do you allow de-opped players to use ServerSigns in MC 1.7.10? Posted: 17 May 2022 07:04 AM PDT So, my group and I are setting up an initial spawn room for a server we are creating. The room is like an introduction area, with important information. After the player has read all the signs and stuff, there are two signs (that will have the same commands) that basically do these few things: a. Teleport the player from the initial spawn to Hub. b. Transfer the player from the Group Manager group "Default" to "Marine" (basically the base rank for all players) The main reason the player changes groups is because Marine will have different stats than the Default players. (ie. prefixes, spawn, sign perms, etc.) However, the problem is, we can't make it so that de-opped players in the Default group can use ServerSigns. I am in the Developers group with NO permissions at all, but I can still use signs even when de-opped. I know there is the serversigns.use.* thing, but I have no idea where to input this. We have tried doing /mangaddp Default serversigns.use.* but this does not work. Help is appreciated! Note that I don't really understand the GroupManager plugin too well, so please be patient with me. :) |

I have played a lot on NESBox and now that I would like to use VirtualBoy Advance I cannot load NESBox save file (.save) that I saved my data to, because it errors with "Unrecognized Gave Version". Does anyone here know how to convert NESBox state files (.save) to VirtualBoy Advance-compatible Save files (.sgm)? |
| How can I catch hostile mobs with golden lasso/ reuseable safari net Posted: 17 May 2022 01:02 PM PDT While playing the ATLauncher's craft pack, I made both the golden lasso from Extra Utilities and the reusable safari net from MineFactoryReloaded. I have a problem where neither can capture hostile mobs. I am very sure this is a bug because I wanted to make a enderman spawner but it requires a reusable safari net with an enderman inside. If you know how to fix this please answer! |
| Keep Getting Reconnected to Same Server Time and Again Posted: 17 May 2022 01:06 AM PDT I installed the game today and everything went fine. And then I joined a server, played for a few minutes and quit. After about an hour or two, I again started the game and joined some other server. The round started and when I tried to buy ammo by using the This made me suspicious and I opened my "config.cfg" file to see a series of "connect xxx.xxx.xxx" to the bind command in the file. I deleted that file and made it a readonly after restarting the game. But the problem still persists. Is there someplace else that I need to look and make the file readonly? PS: I also re-installed the game and made the config.cfg, userexec.cfg, and GameMenu.res files readonly before starting the game. But the problem still persists even after a clean re-install. |

Posted: 17 May 2022 12:07 PM PDT My house sits 5 spaces away from a cliff (meaning I could make a horizontal line of 5 flowers between my house and the cliff, for example). Knowing that a villager's house has a width of 3 (size is 3x3), can a villager move in between my house and the cliff? |
| Can't complete Striking the heart Posted: 17 May 2022 04:02 PM PDT I am unable to complete "Striking the heart" quest. I don't suffer from the same bug where the enemy is already killed. I was able to kill the Silver Hand leader. My quest log tells me to talk to Aela. When I speak to her, I get no options to complete the quest. What are my options? I received this quest a while ago, went off and did other quests and then came back so loading up an old save isn't much of an option for me. EDIT: I had the xbox 360 tag on since that is where I am playing. That was removed and I am not sure why. I felt this was important so that answers did not include doing something on the console. |
