Is there any consequences to ignoring Little Paro about an incoming Raid?

When a new Raid is going to start Little Paro contacts you with a certain degree of urgency telling you that Castaway Village is going to be attacked and to return "if you have time". alot of the time he has done this just short of me reaching a Crystal which i could use to Fast Travel back after i deal with the raid (though normally I find this out after).

recently i was climbing up Mt Gendarme, i had just gotten back outside when Little Paro told me about the Raid and not seeing a nearby crystal i Fast Traveled back. on my return trip i found that i was a fair aways from the next Crystal.

I am wondering if there is there any consequences to ignoring Little Paro about an incoming Raid? allowing me to reach the next crystal to use as a return point

Make an entity follow the player, but offset

Is there a way to use commands to take the Motion data from one entity and merge it onto another? I want to let another entities move in unison with the player. Just copying the Motion tag does not work, because the X and Z motion seems to always be 0.

I have no idea how to get angry grandmas. I have the Bingo/Research Facility upgrade but I don't know how to get the upgrades that are being researched.

Pokemon Emerald - Rayquaza flew away before Kyogre and Groudon

In Pokemon Emerald I sneaked past the people blocking the entrance for Wallace, now Kyogre and Groudon are there and Steven is asking me to find Wallace but he's not there and neither is Rayqauza.

What should I do - I don't want to restart so do you know any codes?
