I have been trying to download a Minecraft map but it never shows in single player

I've followed step-by-step articles telling me what to do. I've unzipped the folder, opened my ".minecraft" folder, looked for saves and pasted it in there. And then all they say is that if I run my launcher it should show in my Minecraft single player saved worlds but it never does.

I've checked that it's the same version and I've double checked that it is in the same folder and is unzipped, but still it doesn't show up. What do I do?

Unable to join online games of Among Us due to Parental Controls that were never set up?

I want to join online games of Among Us on my Xbox. When I try to join, I get a message saying that I cannot do this owing to Parental Controls.

I have never set up Parental Controls on my Xbox, and there are no 'Family' settings pertaining to me.

How can I enable myself to play Among Us with others online?

Is there any way to change my avatar to a custom one on VRChat?

I'm currently unable to launch the VRChat program, so for now I'm limited to the VRChat website. It shows a tab for "Avatars," but the only thing I can do is reset to the default robot or pick one from a set list. I have a custom file for a specific model I want to use, but there's no buttons anywhere to upload files. There is also no search bar, so I can't tell if the custom avatar I want is already out there.

I'm prepared to accept an answer that says, "No, sorry, you can only customize your avatar within the game."

Do delisted games on Steam count as perfected games if I would 100% them now?

E.g. there is No Time To Explain Remastered and the delisted original version No Time To Explain in my library. The original is delisted from Steam Store, but I can still download and install it. Would this game count to the amount of perfected games for my profile?

Do seed numbers work across platforms like Bedrock edition and Java edition?

I watched a video where the YouTuber said the seed would work on Java and Bedrock, but when I typed it in, it looked different. Did I do something wrong?

2 Minecraft versions on diff laptops using same login

So I got my son Minecraft on the family laptop and when he got his own laptop got him Minecraft Java (and same for his sis) w the idea for me to Minecraft w them via Multiplayer. Issue is of course his details are still linked on the family laptop version so my ques is - Is there a way for me to change it to mine? Thanks in advance!

Will Heathcare Services ever pick up if I stay on hold?

There is a point in Twelve Minutes where you can use a phone to call a Healthcare Provider. Calling will lead to you getting put on hold. After waiting for a bit, you are given an option to hang up or keep waiting.

Will someone from Healthcare Services eventually pick up if I wait on hold? Or is this number only callable as a joke?

Code builder not working in Code Town

My school decided to purchase Minecraft Education Edition, so I tried a couple of Hours of Code to use them for a lesson.
The first one went well, but I had some problems with Code Town map.

I was trying to solve the one asking to collect every glass piece on the ground, I "built" a good solution but the game refused to accept it as good, even if I collected all of them in one go. This means no "Well done!" message and the door remained closed. I even tried with the suggested solution, nothing changed.

I noticed that a strange red message popped up in chat, something like:

Syntax error: Unexpected value at coreboard "xxx>>yyy<<zzz"

with some meaningless random words at the end.

(I was playing my native language, not English, so I don't know the actual error message.)

Why didn't my friend get the achievement for 10 fireworks in 10 seconds?

My friend and I were both in the same game session, and on the same planet. He launched more than 10 fireworks in under 10 seconds but neither he nor I got the achievement.

So my question is this: Can you light all the fireworks at once or do you have to do each one individually?

How to move a large structure in Minecraft?

I tried to use the /structure save command but it did not work, because it stated that it was too big of a section to save.
Is there any other command that I could use to do it all at once?

Is there a way to freeze a player in place in bedrock edition? I have already tried /execute @p ~ ~ ~ tp @p ~ ~ ~ in a repeating command block, but it does not update fast enough.

Unable to register warranty for PS5

Bought my PS5 couple of days ago and tried to register my warranty online. It requires me to select the model number as well as the 17 digits serial number which I did. I tried to register it but it keeps saying invalid serial number. I've double checked to make sure my S/N is correctly entered.

I had a PS4 pro few years ago and remember I was able to do so with the same steps as above. I'm not sure what is going on. I called the Playstation support hotline (based in Hong Kong) and they seemed blur about the issue.

Has anyone experienced this before and how do you resolved it?

Is the warranty automatically registered or do you have to do it manually like I did?

How many diamonds can you find in one vein?

I know the smallest is 1 diamond out from my own experience in finding diamonds, and I have found 11 in one vein once. Is this the largest vein that can possibly spawn?

I am planning to get Minecraft Java edition, and I want to make my own server for free. I looked up "Free Minecraft Server" and went to https://aternos.org/. It advertises it is free, and I made an account. I'm just wondering if this works, without putting myself at risk and getting any kind of spyware, PUP, or malware on my computer. Please let me know if it works or not.

Nothing happens when I start Minecraft

When I open Minecraft launcher it tells me I need to log in, so I do it and it brings up the XBOX sign and the options are either "change account" or "let's play". When I click "let's play" it loads for a few seconds and then it just turns off. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I've also tried clicking on switch accounts, but it just doesn't let me play.

But I'm running Linux and I don't have a Minecraft jar file. I only have a binary file that is under the /usr/bin directory that is a standard binary and won't work with Java. How can I proxy Minecraft on Linux?

How to make a key-locked wall?

I am making an adventure game in Minecraft and I am currently making an ocean monument level. I want to make it so that when you go and get a key and click a block, a few holes open in a 3x3 wall, but not enough to walk through. And when you get a second key and click a second block, more holes open, enough for you to walk through.

However, I am not sure how to achieve this. Can anybody help me with this?

Cannot get in the castle to lead Serena home

I have successfully gotten through the gate with a glitch, but when I press the button to open the door, nothing happens and I am stuck on the other side of the gate until I eventually load my last quick save.

I cannot go back to before I met her, as I did not make saves through the game and would be going back to the beginning. I just want Serena to stop following me. I can't even trade things with her or tell her to wait somewhere.

How do I delete the main PSN account on a PlayStation 3 without the password?

When I got my PlayStation 3, I used a school email address to make my PSN account.

I didn't use my PlayStation 3 for a couple of years because I thought it had the red light of death. When I realised it still worked, and started using it again, I couldn't remember the password for my PSN account. I can't reset the password, because I don't have access to my school email address anymore.

Is there any way to get rid of the main PSN account? It seems to be a bit of a problem.

Finding a nether fortress

I cannot find a nether fortress in my bedrock world. I have traveled about 700 blocks on the z axis (while moving about 20 blocks to the side every 100 blocks) and I still haven't found one. I don't want to make a creative copy and just fly around until I find one and save the coordinates. What should I do? Edit: I consider things like Chunkbase cheating, I was mainly talking about a strategy instead of mindlessly wandering over the lava ocean.

In the current season of Teamfight Tactics (Season 2), the first three rounds begin fighting minions which don't normally pose much of a threat.

Assuming you have as many units on your board as possible, is it possible with any combination of units to lose any of these first three rounds?

Where are Yianaros's field NPCs?

While exploring I found Yanaros's field node. The node manager is the rock, but on radar (see print) there seems to be a second hidden npc called Yanaros Spirit (can see the name on hover).

The thing is that I cannot find him/it. It appears as a question mark (so it was not met) on radar. How do I find him?

Note: I don't see any mention of the npc in knowledge list (H, under Characters->Kama).

How to see number of contracts on players in the Fifa 18 FUT web app

Does anyone know if it's possible to see the number of contracts players have in the FUT web app or companion app search results/squad overview?

I know it's possible to select a player and then change the view on the player details, but I'd like to be able to see at a glance when a player has a low or high number of contracts. It takes too long to click on each player to see how many contracts they have.

For example the small player card only shows the chemistry style. I'd love to be able to change that to show number of contracts instead so that it's visible on all players in a listing.

Dota 2 corrupted download file apk01_46.vpk

The newly released dota patch 7.00 caused me some trouble. Every time I exit steam It resets my download.

After multiple attempts I managed to finish the download however every time I try to open the game an error message states that I have a corrupted File.

steamapps/downloading/570/dota/apk01_46.vpk

I tried deleting the file and verifying the game files twice but it still says that apk01_46.vpk is corrupted.

I already tried reinstalling the game three times and now the previous error message says that the error is vcredist_x86.

Can I solve this problem without having to re-download the entire game?

I have a world in Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 and I need it's seed. Please note that F3 or /seed doesn't work because these features are not in Beta 1.7.3. Are there any tricks or programs I could use?

The tooltip on the Tapper says, "Place on a maple, oak, pine or palm tree and wait for the reservoir to fill with product!"

When it says on, does it literally mean on the same square as the stump of the tree? Or do I need to place it in an immediately adjacent square? I've done the former, but after several days have seen no results. Am I doing something wrong?
