Dwarves take a long time to decide to do tasks, when they usually take a short time to decide to do them

So, Whenever I designated random things in the past, My dwarves would do it almost immediately.

Now Whenever I play the game, The dwarves remain idle for around 3 minutes before they actually start working. I don't like how my Brewer is taking so long between tasks.

They are not "SOCIALIZE!"ing either, they are just "idle". I have not changed anything in the standing orders, Other than to have dwarves gather vermin remains outside.

Oh great. And now my Metalcrafter went insane because the STUPID DORFS DIDN'T SMELT METAL BARS EVEN THOUGH I ENABLED FURNACE OPERATING ON THREE OF THEM

What are the full requirements to get a best buddy in Pokemon Go?

Everything I can find says that a Pokemon should become a Best Buddy once it has earned 300 hearts.

This Pokemon has 621 hearts and still isn't a Best Buddy. So what are the other requirements for it to become a Best Buddy?

How do I get out of a server nether portal

In the sever Mineverse on the mini game survival I decided to go to the nether. When I walked back into my portal it took me to another portal that had protected blocks surrounding it. I can't break blocks or place things or go to my inventory or type. I had to hit control alt delete to get out of minecraft. How do I get out
