Are there enemies immune to quickhacks in Cyberpunk 2077?

Posted: 19 May 2022 04:04 PM PDT

I'm pretty deep into the game, relying on quickhacks for damage so far, and I've yet to encounter enemies immune to quickhacks entirely. This seems to indicate that I don't need any other weapon.

However, I notice many of the quickhack build guides (e.g. this) take Reflexes for a second option. Based on my experience with the game so far, I don't understand why they would do this.

Are there enemies immune to quickhacks? If not, why even bother with other weapons? Why not take the defensive traits instead?

Why is my server list blank/empty?

Posted: 19 May 2022 06:16 AM PDT

I am having trouble loading my server lists in DayZ. Everytime I want to find a server, there is a "blank page without servers."

I also cleared my server list filter but there is still no servers. Why is the list blank and how do I fix it?

Does anyone know how many square miles/kilometers that Kingdoms of Amalur is including Teeth of Naros and Mithros?

Posted: 19 May 2022 04:04 PM PDT

I am in a debate with a person about the size of the map of Amalur vs the size of Skyrim, I'm not good with maps, or counting cells, but I was hoping possibly for some sort of height-map for the Amalur map or some proof that it's bigger then Skyrim's map?

I can't prove it on my own, I have knowledge that it's been done in the past (square miles comparison), but all of those "studies" or whatever you call them are no longer on the internet.

I just really wanna know how big the map ACTUALLY is in APPROXIMATE square miles, can some sort of cell expert or math whizz come in here and give me super deep detailed information about how big the map of Kingdom's of Amalur actually is?

For reference: Here is a picture for you Here is Mithros, Mithros is a recent addition to the game, it's right next to the compass on the map, to the left of the first picture, was hard to find as the DLC is relatively new: Here is a picture for you Here's what the player looks like on that map, the yellow arrow: Here is a picture for you Finally, here is the player in the actual world: Here is a picture for you Also if this helps, it actually makes the map look smaller but includes ALL areas of the map in one thing and where they are today, but I left it out in case it got confusing: Here is a picture for you

Please help, even if Skyrim actually is larger, that's not what matter to me so much, it's just the NOT knowing how big Amalur is. I'm curious about both the size of the actual map, and how much of it is actually playable in terms of those square miles. Based on cells and whatnot, or perhaps a heightmap, please and thank you!

I already know of this list, but would like some evidence from a person who has experience and can figure out on their own how big the game is in square miles: https://www.thegamer.com/video-game-rpg-open-world-smallest-largest-ever/

I don't count that list as concrete evidence because they never cited their source outside of talking to the developers, for Elder Scrolls games and Witcher 3, the sizes were figured out by the players, which is what I'm trying to accomplish here.

Self development through gaming [closed]

Not a gamer but I really want to learn how to think fast on my feet and improve my critical thinking. Someone suggested gaming and I wanted your suggestions for what games would be ideal to build those skills?

Console commands don't show up as letters, but as square symbols

Posted: 19 May 2022 06:42 AM PDT

I have a problem with in-game console commands in TES V: Skyrim Special Edition, where instead of letters, it only types as square boxes. They look something like this □□□□□□. I have also installed like 50 mods but I am not sure what causes the issue.

Silent Hill 4: The room crashes after I enter first portal back to the apartment. I am using Widescreen fix

Posted: 19 May 2022 06:44 AM PDT

My Silent Hill 4: The Room crashes after I enter the first portal back to the apartment. I am using the "Widescreen fix." When I met Cynthia, she went to the restroom, and then I killed the 2 dogs. When I entered the restrooms, there is that "portal - giant hole" but when I decided to go back to apartment via that hole my game crashes every time.

Same controller listed with different "Setting ID" in x360CE doesn't work

Posted: 19 May 2022 07:02 AM PDT

This one doesn't work:

enter image description here

This one does:

enter image description here

As far as I can tell, the only difference is the "Setting ID". Removing and re-adding the controller creates another one with 0BEDCE40 that doesn't work.

Games that have the 21993449 version can use the controller fine. One, Remnant: From the Ashes, worked last night. But when I tried to use the controller with a wire because the battery was dead, obviously it didn't work since it's a different device and hadn't been added to X360CE, so I tried adding it and it failed to function. Then I deleted both devices from its setting, and now when I add back the wireless adaptor I get 0BEDCE40 and it doesn't work.

So my guess is if I remove the controller and re-add it to Rocket League (which currently works) it will stop working.

Minecraft getting a block without going into the inventory

Ive seen someone on bedrock look at a block and then get the block in their empty slot hand. I dont know if you can do that without a mod but answers would be useful.

How to connect to Bedrock Server on Windows from WAN side?

Posted: 19 May 2022 01:08 AM PDT

My setup works fine on my LAN, and an online port checker says that my Minecraft server port is OPEN to the Internet.

  • Windows 10, with Minecraft bedrock server version = 1.18.1.02
  • The server has whitelist=false so any outside users should be welcome to join.
  • Minecraft players outside my LAN can see my server, including ping = 16ms.
=> This proves that my server is indeed responding, and my LAN port forwarding* is working!
  • But when these outside players then try to actually CONNECT to my world, THEN they get the message that they cannot connect.
  • The Minecraft server output correctly shows LAN activity but does not show anything at all about any outside connection attempts.

--> What do I need to do to make outside players connect to my world?

Update: I just spent half a night installing Docker for Windows so that I could run the Bedrock server as a Docker container, and this too is not reachable from outside.

*My LAN port forwarding:

  • DSL modem is wide open, forwards everything to my gateway.
  • Gateway has explicit rule to forward the 4 minecraft ports to the LAN IP of my local server.
  • ports as reported by the Minecraft server output are 19132,19133,25565,59989.

Geometry dash question about daily level

How to identify cross-job skills?

Posted: 19 May 2022 10:04 PM PDT

In Yakuza: Like a Dragon I've done experimenting with the job system and have found some skills are usable on other jobs once they've been acquired.

Is there any way to tell which skills work like this without switching jobs and seeing if they're still available?

Second Nether portal links back to original portal location in the Overworld

Posted: 19 May 2022 02:03 AM PDT

I built a Nether portal in a village and one near spawn. The portals are about 5k blocks apart from each other. But if I go through to village portal, it takes me back to the main spawn portal instead of creating another one in the nether.

I understand how portal linking works, I calculated the distance, and instead of the portal taking me into the exact same spot in the Overworld that I calculated, it just takes me back to the spawn portal.

This server has no plugins. Would a plugin solve this? Or is there another way I can get this to work?

Designing a Minecraft Redstone Sorter where 64 items in a stack go through hoppers each tick

Posted: 19 May 2022 10:49 AM PDT

Problem Currently, I am playing on a server where hoppers transport items at the rate of one stack at a time, and this has proved very difficult to build a sorter for. I'm not at all proficient in redstone building, but have tried building basic sorters and ones that I have found on YouTube and I haven't gotten anything to work. Solution Hopefully one of you is really good at redstone, and can help me design a sorter that can work under these conditions. (I need the sorter that can sort items while I AFK mine at a Cobble Gen for hours on end)

P.S. most of the problem is with the sorter itself because no items will stay in the sorter hopper (bc the whole stack goes into the chest so the hopper doesn't have anything to go off of to sort) so any solution to that would be helpful as well.

What are the negative traits that Red Talon Recruits have post-nerf

Posted: 19 May 2022 08:08 PM PDT

After the Daybreak DLC, Undead Labs addressed the overpowered Red Talon Recruits by giving them negative traits that match their "profession".

I noticed this only recently because i had always played with my pre-nerf community. I recruited a hacker and she had +1 food consumtion on top of "wastes food sometimes". I got a demolitions expert who had +1 bed consumption and +2 zed threat.

What are all the negative points that the Red Talon recruits now come with?

  1. Hacking
    • +1 Food consumption
  2. Demolition
    • +1 Bed consumption
    • +2 Zed Threat (noise)
  3. Infrastructure
  4. Foraging
  5. Gut Packing
  6. Fortifications
  7. Combat Medicine
    • +50% Fatigue Severity
  8. Mobile Operations
  9. Logistics
  10. Firearms Maintenance

Is there a way to obtain Shiny Mewtwo in Let's Go without repeatedly reloading save files?

Posted: 19 May 2022 02:05 PM PDT

In Let's Go, it seems that, as far as I know, Mewtwo is the only Pokémon that does not respawn (the legendary birds can be found in the wild).

Since Mewtwo does not respawn, is there any way to obtain Shiny Mewtwo in Let's Go without reloading a save file hundreds/thousands of times, or is reloading a save file hundreds/thousands of times the only way to obtain it?

Note: In the future, it will be possible to transfer a Shiny Mewtwo from Pokémon Go to Let's Go. I'm specifically asking this question in the context of Let's Go itself.

dinosaur visibility range

Posted: 18 May 2022 08:06 PM PDT

sometimes dinosaurs appear when they enter my radius (I enter their radius actually) and my phone vibrates to alert me,

sometimes dinosaurs are visible in the distance and I can travel to them but get no vibration alert when they enter my radius

what causes this difference?

Eden Editor Placing Neutral UGVs

Posted: 19 May 2022 12:16 AM PDT

I am using the latest build of Arma3 (As of this post) with the Eden Editor.
(Without mods)

I am trying to place an empty UGV that does not belong to any side.
When I placed it, I made sure that the UGV is empty, but it still goes onto NATO fraction.
The UGV is also not controlled by anyone.

And when I ran the game, the CSAT A.Is kept attacking the UGV even though it was empty and uncontrolled.

I looked around the props to place fractionless UGVs, but there weren't any.
The attributes does not provide changes to the fraction of the UGV.

So, how do I place a UGV in the editor that is neutral to everyone?

How to disable HUD transparency in Half-Life?

Posted: 19 May 2022 03:04 AM PDT

UI doesn't scale based on resolution and HUD is relatively small already in 1920 x 1080 (let alone in 4K), and crosshair in particular is difficult to see.

Having non-transparent HUD would help playing at high resolutions. How can I disable HUD transparency?

How do I defeat Golem?

Posted: 19 May 2022 12:02 PM PDT

I tried to cage Golem but it wouldn't work, because of the lasers it shoots. How do I evade/defend against the lasers? I am in the latest version of mobile. I've seen videos. In the videos the lasers disappear when it hits a block. For me, the lasers go through the block. What is an easier way of fighting it? What's an easier way to defeat it???

Why should I get a massage?

Posted: 20 May 2022 12:17 AM PDT

In the Galdin Quay restaurant, there is a spa in the back right that allows you to get a massage. Ignis pointed it out and hinted towards getting one, so I tried it out to see what happened. Noctis however did not appear to like it and bolted from the bed.

Why should I get a massage? What purpose does it serve?

Pokemon Go attack bonus for two type pokemon

Posted: 19 May 2022 05:29 PM PDT

Various cases here:

  1. Bulbasaur is of type Grass and Poison, but Flying attack is only Super Effective against Grass type pokemon. What is an attack bonus in this case? 25%? 12.5% (average of two types)?
  2. Bulbasaur is of type Grass and Poison, but Ground attack is Super Effective against Poison type pokemon AND Not Very Effective against Grass type pokemon. What is an attack bonus in this case? 25%? 0% (they cancel-out)?
  3. Charizard is of type Fire and Flying, but Rock attack is both Super Effective against Fire and Flying type pokemon. What is an attack bonus in this case? 25%? 50% (they add up)?

How do I know when I've 100%'d the game?

Posted: 19 May 2022 07:26 AM PDT

I've been reading forums and I've seen multiple quotes that give different numbers for how many puzzles there are total, and this gets muddied a bit by the question of what actually counts as a puzzle.

It's really unclear to me how a person would know when they've completed/found everything the game has to offer in terms of puzzles and collectibles like audio/video recordings.

Is there an official count on the number of puzzles in the game in terms of what gets reported when you look at your save file? Are there other puzzles that aren't accounted for in the save file statistics? How many audio and visual recordings are there?

Where can I find the Legend of Korra save files?

Posted: 19 May 2022 04:23 AM PDT

I'm referring to this game. I've looked everywhere, and can't seem to find the save file. Google was no much help either, with various resources about games and save files, but with this game or just the save file location of this game missing.

Does anyone know where can I find the save files?

What does the Shield over a city mean?

How do I redeem my coupon codes for Dragon's Nest?

Posted: 18 May 2022 05:16 PM PDT

I have recently started playing this MMORPG called Dragon's Nest, and through the usage of Cherry Credits, I got myself a few in-game redeemable codes.

However, I have no idea how to redeem those codes. Even though the video below gives a detailed explanation on how to redeem them, the Cash Shop interface has changed and I can no longer find the 'redeem coupon' option he was showing me.

I have tried searching up on google or checking the forums, but to no avail. So, Does anyone know how to redeem coupons?

What are all of the cheat codes?

Posted: 19 May 2022 11:28 AM PDT

I've heard that there are a variety of cheat codes in both DOOM and DOOM 2, to allow things like all weapons, all keycards, walking through walls (no clipping) etc.

What are all of the cheat codes in DOOM?
