| How to call emergency meeting on the Submerged map? Posted: 19 Sep 2021 11:59 PM PDT Unlike on other maps, pressing the Emergency Meeting button in the meeting room on the Submerged map shows a message "Waiting for host" in the box below the button, and no meeting is called. Is there something that needs to be done to enable the emergency meeting, or is it a bug, or a missing/incomplete feature? Searching on Google yielded nothing of substance, and none of the videos about the new map I found seem to mention calling emergency meetings.  |
| Too-low gpu load and too-high cpu load in genshin impact on android Posted: 20 Sep 2021 03:38 AM PDT Got my new samsung galaxy z flip 3 with snapdragon 888 cpu and adreno 660 gpu. It all sounds like this device is very capable of gaming until i opened up genshin impact for android and seeing myself getting 30 fps, sometimes even 20 at high graphics settings. Now the issue is that I realised the game is barely using (5-10%) any gpu resources and takes up 80-90% of my cpu resources.  |
| Minecraft Launcher won't load? Posted: 19 Sep 2021 04:31 PM PDT See, this is a strange one. I couldn't find anywhere on the internet with a solution to the problem, they were all similar but different. When I click on the Minecraft launcher, it starts. But it doesn't load. It just stays as a blank gray window. Like the one you see for a split second when you start the launcher, and then after that the UI loads in. But it never does, it just stays gray. Please help. Also sometimes it works, but it's a very small chance and very infuriating.  |

Posted: 19 Sep 2021 11:02 AM PDT With the Duckstation PS1 emulator, assuming a Windows 10 installation, the default path of the save states is: C:\Users\ (username) \Documents\DuckStation\savestates I'd like to change the path of this "savestates" folder only so that it can be shared across multiple computers, as can already be done with the memory card save path. Is there any way to do so?  |

They are in a somewhat large area. Does it make sense to have busses run between the towns on roads rather than trains? (I'm using Open GFX+ for both trains & road vehicles.)  |

I've noticed that these percentages are part of the Travelers reputation in that region. Here is an example of two locations in Mondstadt

| What was the first ever FPS with secondary fire? Posted: 19 Sep 2021 05:40 AM PDT What was the first ever first person shooter to feature a secondary fire mode? I can think of a couple of 1997 examples (Outlaws, Blood) but I wouldn't be surprised if it had been done a year or two earlier. I think Duke Nukem 3D had a secondary fire for throwing additional pipe bombs, but I'm not sure that really qualifies.  |

| Merit's Galactic Reunion - more mines on mineable planet Posted: 20 Sep 2021 02:44 AM PDT I am replaying my old 1990's games, and got most of them working using Dosbox. One of those games is Merit's Galactic Reunion. I am unable to find a way to put additional mines on a planet that is not suitable for living. The single miner station does not allow for fast mineral build-up for harvesting. Not hopeful, but I am taking a chance, hoping someone here played that game and can answer the question.  |

| Is there a way to access the Moogle Chocobo Carnival Content? Posted: 19 Sep 2021 07:07 AM PDT Because quite a few games are "incomplete" with DLC coming out much later and patches to fix up bugs that get discovered after release, it's been my policy that when i get a new game i wait some time for the DLC and Patches to come out. I went looking on the Final Fantasy Wikia about the DLC currently available for Final Fantasy XV with Episode Ignis coming out in December and while reading about the Assassins Festival DLC the wikia said
now this confused me as Final Fantasy XV is primarily a Single Player game as such in-game events shouldn't be reliant on real life time constraints as if it was an MMORPG so i looked up a previous "event", the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. according to it's wikia
now to me it sounds like that i (who pre-ordered the game but waited for the expected DLC) and anyone else who buys the game (especially for when it comes out on steam) now can't access this content since the event is now over. So i am wondering, is there anyway i can access the Moogle Chocobo Carnival Content now? or do i have to wait until Square decides to allow me access to it?  |

I've gotten up to The things I need help with is combining both commands, getting the order of the string of commands right, getting the name of the bone to have to be "Spider Queen's Bone", having no drops come from the spiders, and killing only the spiders spawned by the bone. There may be missing things because I am new to larger commands.  |
| How do you allow de-opped players to use ServerSigns in MC 1.7.10? Posted: 19 Sep 2021 06:01 AM PDT So, my group and I are setting up an initial spawn room for a server we are creating. The room is like an introduction area, with important information. After the player has read all the signs and stuff, there are two signs (that will have the same commands) that basically do these few things: a. Teleport the player from the initial spawn to Hub. b. Transfer the player from the Group Manager group "Default" to "Marine" (basically the base rank for all players) The main reason the player changes groups is because Marine will have different stats than the Default players. (ie. prefixes, spawn, sign perms, etc.) However, the problem is, we can't make it so that de-opped players in the Default group can use ServerSigns. I am in the Developers group with NO permissions at all, but I can still use signs even when de-opped. I know there is the serversigns.use.* thing, but I have no idea where to input this. We have tried doing /mangaddp Default serversigns.use.* but this does not work. Help is appreciated! Note that I don't really understand the GroupManager plugin too well, so please be patient with me. :)  |

| How can I catch hostile mobs with golden lasso/ reuseable safari net Posted: 19 Sep 2021 10:06 AM PDT While playing the ATLauncher's craft pack, I made both the golden lasso from Extra Utilities and the reusable safari net from MineFactoryReloaded. I have a problem where neither can capture hostile mobs. I am very sure this is a bug because I wanted to make a enderman spawner but it requires a reusable safari net with an enderman inside. If you know how to fix this please answer!  |

Knowing that a villager's house has a width of 3 (size is 3x3), can a villager move in between my house and the cliff?  |

| Can't complete Striking the heart Posted: 19 Sep 2021 03:06 PM PDT I am unable to complete "Striking the heart" quest. I don't suffer from the same bug where the enemy is already killed. I was able to kill the Silver Hand leader. My quest log tells me to talk to Aela. When I speak to her, I get no options to complete the quest. What are my options? I received this quest a while ago, went off and did other quests and then came back so loading up an old save isn't much of an option for me. EDIT: I had the xbox 360 tag on since that is where I am playing. That was removed and I am not sure why. I felt this was important so that answers did not include doing something on the console.  |

I'm especially interested in skeletons, but I like to keep the topic general. I something to get skeletons from a monster spawner go up and fall, but they still need a few hits to die, so I would like to know how high I need to let them fall so that they would only need one more hit.  |
