| Is there any way to get snow layers to light up properly? Posted: 25 Sep 2021 06:10 PM PDT I've recently been trying to terraform a mountain area using snow layers. However, even in full sunlight, there are weird shadows cropping up making the sides of the blocks seem much darker.
These ugly dark patches are particularly noticable from a distance:
The only thing I've been able to work out so far is that it seems to be effected by solid blocks in the vacinity:
What's going on here and is there any way I can get rid of this unsightly artifact?  |
| Why Can't I Create a New File in Bridge V2? Posted: 25 Sep 2021 10:40 AM PDT I am trying to create an addon for Minecraft and have decided to use bridge V2. As I am new to the software I decided to watch a few tutorials but in all of the tutorials it showed them Creating a New File. When I press the New File button nothing happens whereas all the other buttons work. Could you explain to me why this isn't working and what the solution is. Thanks.  |

Posted: 25 Sep 2021 09:19 AM PDT I've just defeated the 4 Wraiths, got a trophy stating that now I've achieved the hero status, and my health bar in the menu has a slightly different appearance. Are there any actual benefits with this newly acquired heroic status?  |

| How To set up a Tag game in Minecraft Bedrock Posted: 25 Sep 2021 05:04 AM PDT new poster here,sorry if this is a bad question. I want to set up a Tag game in Minecraft BEDROCK, but I've run into some walls. Assume the tag game is played like this: someone has a nametag named something, let's say TagItem. When the nametag is thrown, I want it to increment a scoreboard value for all players who did not throw the nametag within 1 block. However, since theirs no NBT tags in Bedrock, I can't get the command to tag the thrower as If their's a better way to set up this system, I'm all ears.

| How do I change elytra texture based on its custom name? Posted: 25 Sep 2021 01:03 PM PDT I'm working on a name-based texture pack for my SMP, and have figured out a majority of things but elytra and trident. I feel like trident will be easier once I get the elytra, and I've looked up tutorials but none show how. If I can't do this and need to make another elytra image folder with a different name/texture, I would like an explanation on how to do that.  |

| Why so many [Weapon buff] builds go so heavily into faith? Posted: 25 Sep 2021 06:50 AM PDT I've noticed that quite a few builds that rely on weapon buffs go 30 points into faith - for example, this 40 dex/30 faith (which is my guess going to 60/30 by level 120). With low attunement, they are used only to buffing weapon with the Lightning Blade, that requires 30 faith. But why this particular weapon buff? You can get Carhtus Flame Arc with 10/10 int/faith (so an investment of 2-5 points, depending on the starting class) or Greater Magic Weapon with 15 int. Is the Lightning Blade that superior, that going 30 faith is worth for the Dex/faith or str/faith builds?  |

Posted: 25 Sep 2021 09:05 PM PDT I can't find my dinosaurs, I play on a private server tamed an alpha raptor using force tame and tamed a sarco then a few other 20 dinosaurs. The whistle doesn't work and I know they are near my corpse but I can't find it. Is there any way to use admin commands to teleport to my corpse, and if not, anyway to find my corpse without it. I just want my dinosaurs back.  |

| Why is Kaer Morhen in such a bad shape? Posted: 26 Sep 2021 05:08 AM PDT I did not play Witcher 1+2 and didn't read any of the books, so my reference pool is Witcher 3 only. When I came to Kaer Morhen I was quite surprised to see that it is in such a bad shape. Most of the peripheral buildings in the surrounding are in ruins and the castle itself is in a state of disrepair. There appear to be only 3 witchers left who still live there and they seem to be no longer interested in training new recruits (in fact, the biography of Lambert mentions that he is the last one who was trained in Kaer Morhen). What is the story reason why the Witcher caste is in such a decline and in which game/book did this happen? It certainly can not be lack of demand for their services: During his travels Gerald got jumped by customers left and right (or is that a case of gameplay-and-story-segregation and there are in fact less monsters at the time witcher 3 takes place than there used to?).  |

Posted: 25 Sep 2021 10:29 AM PDT If I have a powered hopper with items in it, and I want to let one item through, how long do I have to un-power the hopper? 1 or 2 ticks? All I know is that a hopper transfers items at the rate of 2.5 items per second. Any help is appreciated :) And is there a different amount of time on Bukkit servers?  |
