Is it possible to destroy a road that I previously placed?

I didn't understand how roads and fort placement worked relative to where monsters spawn. Leaving a gaping hole in my defenses and there's an open road path straight to my temple. Can't build forts on this path due to terrain I guess.

Can you be too far away for a command block to work? (ie. command does not execute)

I am curious because I was making a super-flat world a void one by filling a 7x7x4 zone around the player with air to clear it. But as I got farther away from the repeating command block, the space around me was not being filled. However when I got close enough to the command block, the command executed successfully. There is no radius limiter in the command itself, so I was wondering wether or not there is a hard-coded range limiter for command blocks.

Are the Enderman really slaves to the Ender Dragon? I was researching them and I read that they had been subjugated to slavery under the ender dragon and that they are virtually insane.

How do I do the equivalent of /testfor in Minecraft Java Edition 1.17.1? [duplicate]

I can't put /testfor because I'm in 1.17.1, and I try my best to use /execute.

execute if entity @p in minecraft:overworld positioned ~ ~2 ~ run title @p title "Welcome to the Lab!"

When I use this command, it will shove the "Welcome to the Lab!" title in my face, even if I'm not in that position.

How can I do the equivalent of /testfor in 1.17.1?

Menuloop and practice mode song changing doesnt work

So ive been trying to change my menuloop and practice mode song but when i open up geometry dash after im done changing, nothing starts playing. Same on the practice mode when i change to the mode there is no song on the background.

In xisumavoid latest video he shows that he renamed his villagers with blocks and items textures. He later also makes a sign with the hero of the village effect icon. Does anybody know how to do this?

By default, Freeciv's democracy is an unbribable form of government. Units belonging to a democracy cannot be bribed, and enemy diplomats/spies cannot incite revolts in cities belonging to a democracy. How do I turn democracy into a form of government that can be bribed (similar to despotism, monarchy, republic, and communism)?

I have just created a Minecraft server to play with friends, but I would like to make sure that every time a player joins the server they spawn directly at spawn, instead of the last position they were in. Is there any way that I can do this?

Streaming game to laptop while gaming on other screen

My laptop is very weak and I want to run a game on my gaming pc and stream it to my laptop. This can be made with steam remote play or just with parsec.

BUT

I want to play on the same pc at the same time. Running both games at once is no problem, but how can I stream one game to my laptop and control it with a controller while having focus on the other game and play with mouse and keyboard?

I tried to open one game at my second monitor and stream the second monitor via parsec to my laptop and control it via controller. That doesn't work because the game can't see the controller and also all the sounds are transmitted to the laptop.

trying the same but with steam remote play results in seeing the game, that is running on the foreground on my laptop.

I also tried to set up a VM and running steam there but I cant even start the game because VM ware doesn't support dx11. (Unreal engine says "dx11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine")

How can I achieve this? I mean everything should be possible with a pc.

I looked up a bunch of websites online, and answers vary from 3-5 (https://hypixel.net/threads/minecraft-maximum-attack-range.180414/). Some say client side is 3 blocks and server side is 6, so it can vary between 3-6 (https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/anyone-know-the-maximum-hit-distance.245846/).

From my experience, on all servers I played on (12+), my anecdotal data is averaging 2-3 blocks, with 3 probably being the maximum. But I haven't done an experiment with a player standing still, asking them their F3 coordinates, and comparing them with my F3 coordinates while making sure I'm able to hit them, and then subtracting the difference to find the distance I can hit them at. I would think that would be the most accurate way to measure it and probably include ping at current time just in case that becomes a variable.

How to spread players that are in a certain area

I am making a server where I want to spread the players in the lobby A to Area A without it affecting the players in Lobby B or C. I hope that makes since. This is in Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

I tried:

/spreadplayers -96 -4 0 30 @a[x=-21,y=0,r=10]

But even when I have someone in that area it says "No targets matched selector".

Why don't these /execute parameters check for the entity in the specified position?

I have a system set up to trigger a command block if an entity walks to that spot. However, it is setting off the trigger without an entity being there. This is the command that I'm using:

execute if entity @e positioned -86 5 82 run fill -88 4 79 -88 4 79 minecraft:redstone_block

Why is my command running even when an entity is not in that location?

PS4 headphone buttons

I have now tried two different set of headphones with PS4. Both have had the buttons for mute mic and volume control. Buttons have not worked on neither.

My old headphones also had volume control and mic mute buttons and those were working fine.

I am quite puzzled here, why are the buttons on headphones not working?

I need to set up teams using commands and I don't know how. I'm on pocket edition and I haven't found any commands that work on my platform. I want 2 teams one named prisoners and another named correction officers.

Minecraft Sprint in PVP not working?

In Minecraft, I play competitive PVP. I have changed my sprint hotkey to R and press W and R to sprint. I then release R and sprint that way. However, it seems that sometimes when I get comboed, R and W do absolutely nothing and i am walking away from my opponent, leaving me helpless. How do I sprint correctly?

How to fix a Connection Error Status 0?

I've started to play Star Wars: Commander on my phone (Samsung Galaxy A5 2017) but I literally can't do anything without "Connection Error - Status 0 (then telling me to check my Internet connection)". My Internet connection is perfectly fine - I'd even move closer to the WiFi router to get a better connection but it made no difference.

I also play it on my Galaxy Tab A6 and it works fine - been playing on it since December 2017. I still get the odd connection errors on the tablet but it has never been as bad as it is on my phone.

How can I fix this?? My WiFi seems fine.

I bought the game a day too late, when I took it home it gave me troubles, I was younger and didn't fully know about installing PC games etc. and eventually after a few weeks discovered they were taking it down.

Is it possible to get the game back online? In any way shape or form.

I was wondering this as since I'm a huge fan, it's the comics, the book, and this that I haven't fully got into. Please give me hope.

Tekkit Lite 0.6.5: What is up with liquids?

I have been playing on my Tekkit Lite server lately and have been trying to set up a system that transfers lava via cells. I just found that lava buckets will not place the lava. It will consume the lava bucket rendering an empty bucket. Oddly enough, when you right click the bucket again it will be full. This behavior also happens with water and cells, and cells cannot even pick up fluids. The lava cell will appear in your inventory, but not consume the lava/water block, and as soon as you right click or open your inventory it will become an empty cell. However none of this occurs in singleplayer.

What is happening?

I want to make a mini game in Minecraft were I need a random command generator for 9 commands. I need a random command to give the player a random item.

I can't do the command block in the dispenser any more because it will just drop out instead of being placed.

What different ways are there for generating randomness in commands, and which one would be best for my use?

This question is similar to the one about randomness in Redstone circuits, but I am specifically attempting to get randomness when using commands - the redstone solutions do not apply here.

PvP is a core element of Minecraft and many servers, and it is also one of the more challenging aspects of the game for the fact that sometimes if you use the right stragety, you can have an upper-hand on someone else who may have a slight advantage over you in items.

This got me to wondering what some of the best strategies for PvP might be in Minecraft! This is assuming you are in a vanilla situation WITHOUT plugins or modifications that would not be found in the game "out of the box", so to speak. I know I have heard of tactics like parrying, but I am not sure what that entails.

What are some of the most effective PvP strategies when battling others in Minecraft?

How can I view/edit Minecraft's level.dat file and other data files?

Minecraft saves a lot of data in a file called level.dat. What can I use to edit this? When I try to open it in Notepad++ all I get is a bunch of random symbols... æ&$+¿[w.ÜŠÖÄŸ¶…9É2þ
