How to fix this Minecraft lighting problem that I am facing on version 1.16.5?

So I am on minecraft version 1.16.5, and whenever I place some sort of light source the nearby blocks start looking like this: enter image description here

It just looks so ugly, the block partitions become visible and the wall loooks like it's made up of blocks of the same type but of different shades. I'm using a shader pack, but that's not causing the problem as when I turn it off the problem still persists.

Please provide some possible fix, as I am not able to put lanterns in my house anymore.

I have 2 PS3's why are there two different controller Set up's for Skyrim. Are either the hard drives creating this problem or the controllers?

I have two PS3 controllers and two PS3 system's. When I go to default Controller settings, one PS3 system will use the controllers default settings and the other will not. Am I missing something?

I have been playing Bloon Tower Defence 4 for a while (please don't judge me playing old games), and I just couldn't wait until I get to Carrer Rank 26 when I can play in Sandbox Mode. I've got to Sandbox Mode now, but when I try clicking on the buttons at the top of the screen, nothing happens - no bloons come onto the screen. If it helps I am using the browser 'Safari' on an Apple Macintosh Macbook Air, for whom it may concern.

How do I unhide my mouse cursor in Cxbx-Reloaded?

When playing games in Cxbx-Reloaded, my mouse cursor disappears while it is above the game window. Is there any way to disable this so my mouse cursor is always visible?

This save viewer tells me that everyone has a counter for how many times they've used any item, so it's not for the Raine title about using the ''same'' item 5 times in a battle...

Does it have a purpose?

How can I quickly heal in Nier: Automata?

I've started playing NieR: Automata and my unfamiliarity with sword games means I constantly need to pause combat to take health items. Is there a quick-heal button on the controller that I might have missed?

Any tension from combat is evaporated once I pause time to take another restorative item.

How to target a entity by it's name Minecraft Bedrock?

I am trying to target a entity by its name. Here is the command I a, using: execute @e[type=fishing_hook,name=kill] ~~~ kill @e. My problem is, I got the fishing hook named to 'kill', but this does nothing. If I remove the name=kill it works as expected, anyone know how to select a entity by its name in Minecraft Bedrock?

What's the purpose of self destruct?

I've started playing Nier: Automata for the first time (no spoilers) and I'm overwhelmed by a lot of the small features in the game.

One of the features I can't quite figure out is why I would self destruct. It doesn't seem to fill a role in combat as the 1hp your character is left, the long activation time, and the huge movement penalty afterwards which are an immense offset compared to the damage you might deal to an enemy.

Can you activate a region locked Steam key without a VPN?

I bought a region free key from Kinguin, but after activating it, I see it ends with "(RU)", after the game name.

Does it means it's region locked for Russia? May I get banned on Steam for only activating without playing? What if I remove this game permanently from my library?

The seller keeps saying it's a region free key, but then why would it shows "RU"?

I am trying to kill all entities in a custom dimension named "console" except myself, armor stands, and items. At the moment, it is killing all entities in all dimensions except me, armor stands, and items.

This is the command

execute in minecraft:console run kill @e [type=!minecraft:armor_stand,name=!MaximumCalamity,type=!minecraft:item]

Can custom 3D models be imported into FUZE4?

I have just discovered there is a Nintendo Switch title that is a game development platform, called FUZE4. It serves as an introduction to programming for young or inexperienced people who want to learn to code games, and is based on a "python-like" programming language. From what I've gathered so far, it looks promising.

I can create any 3D assets I desire in Blender (on my computer), but is it possible to import those 3D models into FUZE4 (for Switch)?

(Blender can export to various formats, including .obj and .3ds)

PS4 remote wont connect to PS4 after being connected to IPad while ps4 has error message

I have been playing ps4 through my iPad, with the remote connected via Bluetooth to the iPad. Just recently the ps4 crashed and when it restarted, there is an error message which give you an option to report to sony. I cannot press this with the remote since the remote connects through my iPad app and the iPad app needs the ps4 to be on and connected (not in the error message mode it turns to). I tried to connect the controller via the options and ps button, I tried with the wire, I tried disconnecting from iPad and forgetting device from it as well, nothing is working. I cant even go to safe mode since I cant use the controller. I have 2nd controller and that one doesn't connect through wire either.

As I said in the title I bought a new controller for my PS3 because the original one broke down. The new controller is a Marvo GT-018 and is compatible with PS3/PC/Android. The things is it worked really well the first time I tried it but today when I hopped on to play some games it wouldn't connect. I've tried to unplug the PS3 , factory reset the PS3 , even tried to plug it in my PC but nothing worked. The PC would say there's a driver error but I couldn't fix that either. There's no tutorial, forum regarding my problem with the PS3.

Note: I can't reset the controller because it doesn't have that small hole in the back and also the controller's "turbo" buttons (which lights up the interior of the controller) is working so I'm sure it's not the controller being broken. I also tried a different PS3 (a slim one mine being fat) and it didn't work either, it showed the player 1 light but the buttons wouldn't work

Problems With /replaceitem Command

I'm working on the KitPVP part of my server again. I'm trashing the part about buying the kits. All of them will be free. I'm trying to use /replaceitem to get the players their kits, but I have a few problems. I'm trying to get a leather tunic on the user which is dyed, named "Brute's Body", and enchanted. This is what I've tried:

replaceitem entity @p slot.armor.chest leather_chestplate 1 0 {display:{color:7514398,Name:Brute's Body},ench:[{id:0,lvl:4},{id:34,lvl:10}]}

When I try this, it says it replaced that slot with "leather chestplate" but then it doesn't. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Where is the file location for Minecraft: PE worlds on Android Marshmallow?

I recently got a new phone. When getting rid of my old phone, I transferred all of my Minecraft world files via USB to my computer from the following folders:

Internal storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds

On my new phone, I went to put the worlds in, but I couldn't find the games folder. When I searched, I couldn't find com.mojang either. The closest result was Android > obb > com.mojang.minecraftpe. This was an empty folder. My old phone had Android Lollipop (Moto e2). My new phone is Android Marshmallow (ZTE Prestige 2).

Where are the Minecraft worlds located on Android Marshmallow? I can't seem to find them. Thanks in advance!

Can't See Minecraft Launcher Output on New Launcher

I've already tried to ask this question on reddit, at r/minecraft, but unfortunately, no one replied.

I have a small problem with my Minecraft launcher (version 2.0.832).

Whenever I try to play Minecraft, it opens and plays fine, but the "Minecraft game output" window becomes blank and no text is ever displayed in it. There is just a drop-down menu in the top-left saying "100" and a search bar to the right saying "Filter text." The problem is, I need to see the game output (for my own reasons).

I'm making an adventure map and I need to have a command block next to a clock set the block near it to a chest with a custom name with a lock this I what I have so far:

/setblock ~-1 ~-1 ~ Minecraft:trapped_chest 1 {display:{Name:"Locked Chest",Lock:"Chest Key 47"}}

And then it says:

[16:26:39] Data tag parsing failed: Invalid tag encountered, expected '{' as first char.

I'm in 1.8.

Is it still possible to install Minecraft 2.0?

A long while ago, Mojang had released a fake Minecraft version for April Fools called Minecraft 2.0 which had many amusing features added to it. I've been meaning to revisit it, but the problem is, during that time, Minecraft still used the old launcher system.

Now, though, with the post-1.6 launcher being used, the process to install a JAR file manually is very different. I don't even know if the downloads for MC 2.0 are available anymore.

Is it still possible to install Minecraft 2.0 now?

In Eve, one can easily look up the base stats for various ships by checking their info pages from the market.

The interceptors are probably the fastest ship class in the game, but it's hard to figure out which interceptor is the fastest after skills and fittings are taken into account.

So assuming the best possible max speed fittings and skills, which ship is the fastest?

I recently gifted my sister some Steam games and right now the only PC capable of running them is my computer.

I know that is no big deal to have 2 accounts sharing a PC, but the problem is that she would be installing the games on her external hard drive, while I have my own games in the machine's hard drive.

Is it OK to install the new games there (on the external HDD) and just plug it in every time she wants to play, or do we have to share the same location to our own games no matter what?
