Was Shay artificially aged to become a teenager, or is this his natural age?

In the PC version of Broken Age (AKA Double Fine Adventure) there is a room on Shay's ship that contains mementos and keepsakes from his childhood, as well as various notes and documents. There is quite a bit of content from his childhood, but then the content jumps to when he was a teenager, and there are some cryptic notes about procedures or experiments being performed without any context given.

Does this indicate that Shay was put onto the ship as a child but artificially aged to be a teenager, and that his journey may only have been a couple of years long, or am I reading too much into this?

How do I move the installation folders of Steam games that have shared content to another drive?

I was trying to move the installation folder of my Steam games, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero and Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes, but have encountered the following error message:

Moving content for the following apps has failed:
- Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes: has shared content
- Counter-Strike: Condition Zero: has shared content

I initially tried moving the two individually but got presented with the same error message.

How do I move the installation folders of Steam games that have shared content to another drive? How do I identify which other games are sharing content with these games so I can move them too?

Desktop Windows Manager causes severe game lag

I have a Dell Inspiron 7501 with the following specifications:

OS: Windows 10

Processor: intel core i7-10750

Memory: 16 GB RAM

Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650

For the past few months I have been facing some problems while playing a 3D game called SpaceEngine on my computer. The game lags severely and the FPS drops to as low as 6. To pinpoint the issue I opened up Task Manager and found something weird.

In the rare instance that the game does NOT lag which does happen sometimes, the Task Manager showed the following stats,

The GPU usage of the game was around 80-83% and the Desktop Windows Manager's (DWM) GPU usage was around 13.5%. However when the game DOES lag, the Task Manager is as follows,

Now the game has a spiked GPU usage of 100% and the Desktop Windows Manager is only using 0.8% of the GPU. I have seen this correlation between the game's FPS drop and this change in the GPU usage of the game and the DWM several times.

Why is this happening? Why does DWM's GPU usage suddenly drop while simultaneously spiking the game's GPU usage and causing massive lags and FPS drops in the game? What should I do to fix this?

Will i see peoples custom skins in Hypixel servers?

If i play, say, bed wars or any other mini game on the Hypixel servers, will I be able to see peoples custom skins? I'm not referring to official minecraft skins, i'm talking about ones people created themselves. Will I be able to see those?

Is the census going to be improved? How about the workshop/engineer interface?

At present we can't see all our kittens in the census. This is a problem when it comes to engineers, because we want to make sure they're promoted.

Also, we can't see which engineers are assigned to which crafts. This is a problem, because we need to make sure that the ranks of the engineers are appropriate to their crafts.

I recently came back to the Kittens Game after a long break, and I'm very happy to see some of the improvements that have happened in between (and I'm sure there are others that I haven't got to yet). But I'm sad to find that these issues with kitten management still haven't been sorted out. It may not be of major importance, but like many small flaws in games, it's just so frustrating.

What is the cost of having a dupe at 60% stress for Duress to Impress?

My colony is running smoothly with 1 dupe at 0.5% stress and the rest at 0%. So to have a single dupe at 60% stress, I'd have to do quite a lot. Obviously the benefit of +7 to all stats is huge. I took the dupe because even without that I needed a farmer. It's only a small base, cycle 63, this is the 10th dupe and I just got a few refined metals.

Full details of the dupe.
Interests:
Farming +4 Agriculture
Suit Wearing +6 Athletics (always a great stat)

Traits:
Duress to Impress (+7 to all stats while 60% stressed)
Gourmet (don't need a cook, the lower morale from food is a negative)
Trypophobia (irrelevant)
Vomiter (very annoying if my water gets polluted)
Sticker Bomber

I have a second farm plot in a temperature isolated area and slime for my mushrooms must be transported quite far. So Athletics is especially relevant for me. Because of the stress the dupe will likely have very low morale and thus very few jobs.

So what could I do to add stress for this single dupe and how much would this cost? Maybe I could deny it access to the massage table, etc? Are there ways to increase stress without destroying morale?

Rocket League crashing as soon as I launch it

I wanted to play Rocket League with my friends but everytime i try to launch it the game just crashes. I don't even make it to the title screen. I have all of the latest nVidia Game Ready drivers and have tried all of the steps on the Psyonix Support page. For further information, I'm on Epic Games and using an Acer Nitro AN515-51 with specs like this:

Intel Core i5 7300HQ 8GB DDR4 RAM nVidia GeForce GTX 1050 Intel 256GB M.2 SSD

Update: Checked the Event Viewer and figured out that Rocket League complains about KERNELBASE.dll

Stuck underwater in Burenia?

I've just gotten the Space Jump and the next accessible area is in Burenia. This lead me down underwater where I hit the floor but I think I'm stuck.

Looking around, there's big open areas where there are some water enemies, then to the far right, there's a little cove with what appears to be a power bomb block. But I don't see where else to go.

I can't jump high enough to get anywhere since I don't yet have the Gravity Suit. None of my other weapons seem to be of help here.

How do I level up new heroes in Genshin Impact?

I have pulled some new heroes from a recent banner, but the story quest I am trying to do has level 49 enemies.

When using my 'best' team, they are not strong enough and just die all the time. I've tried lots of different team combinations, and have died every time.

What effective techniques can I use to level up my lower level heroes? As fighting level 50 enemies at level 1 is not working for me and is ruining my enjoyment of the game, as I feel stuck.

Can you get Minecraft Java for free if you have purchased Minecraft Bedrock?

I recently downloaded Minecraft from the Microsoft Store and have been playing for a month or two. I decided to try out a few mods and that led me to realise that I had Minecraft Bedrock not Java, and after reading a few articles I believe it is not possible to downloads mods on Minecraft Bedrock. Is there any way for me to 'switch' to Java or get a discount or refunded on Minecraft to get Minecraft Bedrock?

Or if you can download mods on Bedrock, could you please tell me how?

How to track when all team players die (mc 1.16)

I am trying to make my own dodgebolt minigame (from mcc) and I'm struggling with the teams aspect.

I know I need to create a scoreboard to track deaths so that when all the players on the team die, it executes another command saying the other team won and will teleport everyone back to the main area.

I am not too sure how to code the scoreboard though, if anyone can help, that would be amazing !

Custom villager trades with potions

So I am making an RPG-style map and as such I needed some custom potions. I tried to make a Wine Merchant that sells a custom potion but when it spawns, it only sells a non-craftble potion. What can I do? My version in 1.16 and I only find old tutorials

Unable to register Gears of War 5 in Logitech G Hub

Logitech G Hub automatically detects games and changes my mouse settings depending on where I'm focused. However, Gears of War 5 is not listed my list of games.

After some digging I came to discover that Gears 5 is installed through the Microsoft Store. The Gears5.exe is in fact under the C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\* folder, which even my admin account doesn't have access to...

I was able to give my local user Full Control of the WindowsApps folder, however, the it threw an error when trying to modify certain files underneath that directory (including the Gears5.exe file).

Is there any way to fix this? I know this is an anti-hack measure, but I just want my damn DPI settings to be controllable through G Hub. It irks me that I don't get full control of my own machine.

MCSM season 2 episodes and season pass 'unavailable'

I've just reinstalled the second season of Minecraft Story Mode, yet the two episodes I didn't install last time (episodes 4 and 5) both said "coming soon", despite having been out for a year or two. I thought buying the Season Pass would help, but it said that it was unavailable, giving the error message WC-40636-6.

Note: both episodes 2 and 3 also behaved like this, but were fixed after I reinstalled them manually.

Minecraft server running, port open in nmap, but connection refused from outside the LAN

I have a Minecraft Server running on a computer of my LAN. It's the actual minecraft_server.jar, not a shared single player world, and I can connect to it from other devices on the LAN. I opened its port in the firewall and set up port forwarding so that it's accessible from the outside.

However, from outside the LAN, I get "connection refused". Online scanners (like this one) say that the Minecraft Server port is open and can even detect the version of Minecraft, so the port seems to be forwarded correctly (I set it up in the router's settings), so I really don't understand how the connection can be refused.

The exact message I get is "Connection refused : no further information".

The server's server.properties file is the default one, with juste the difficulty changed to 2.

What can cause this "Connection refused" message ?

Sever login problems - Account registered / wrong password

If I try to play on a server I always have trouble. I've found out that you have to type in /register <password> but it says account already registered.

I tried the same for login but it says incorrect password, I'm quite confused. I also tried to do it with an actually password instead of the word password and it doesn't work.

What does the hand icon indicate, when using Witcher Sense, especially when it appears over tiles in caves?

In Witcher 3, sometimes in caves, on top of tiles there appears a hand icon, which can only be seen when using Witcher Sense. It's an open hand with the palm facing downwards.

Anyone know what it means? I've seen these a few times and have tried doing everything I can to interact with them, but nothing works. I hope they aren't important.

My friend loses all his items upon disconnect

I'm hosting a minecraft server and it's just me and my friend playing. Every time he disconnects and comes back, all of his inventory is gone. However, the things in the chest remain there.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Can't even log out for the night and come back with everything. This issue doesn't happen with me, but only him. Again, we're the only two that are playing.

Limited Amount of Lords in a Castle?

Whenever I host a feast and all of my lords attend it, there's always a limit to how many of them are actually visible in the castle. Instead of other lords, some random wives show up, which is pretty useless to me. I'd like to know how to bypass that limit or at least let everyone in and keep the ladies outside, so I can improve my relation with each one of them.

In the game Stubbs the Zombie, how do I rip off people's arms? I can't seem to figure out how to do this consistently, it only happens sometimes when you repeatedly use the melee attack...is there a button combo I'm missing?
