Is the lore from the official Genshin Impact manga fully canon to the game?

The Genshin Impact manga pre-dates the videogame by quite a bit, and as a result of this many minor details were changed in the final product like names (the Favonius Order for example), characters clothes and so on.

The manga is so far more explicit than the game in showing the nature of some factions. Fatui mostly but not limited to them.

Yet so far the game doesn't seem to have really made any of this very explicit outside some minor details like

Sometime characters seems also to omit info that you would think they would mention too

At the same time, the game does indeed reference the manga multiple times. For example:

  • Colei is referenced in Mondstad.
  • the "odd vase" in Diluc's house is the one he mentions in the manga (Kaeya gift/prank just to annoy him)

The question is therefore simple. Is there any indication if the lore darker elements are still canon or have been retconed for the game to have a lower age rating?

I bought a Velum without a hangar with hopes of using it for the Cayo Perico scoping setup. However, I didn't purchase a hangar before that because I am new to the game. I can't find the plane... do I need to buy a hangar, can it be spawned in, or am I able to refund the money?

I am creating a map and I want to make it so that when to defeat a zombie boss, a lever appears that sends you to the next level. Right now, I am trying:

/execute unless entity @e[type=zombie,distance=14] run /setblock -409 146 -208 lever

However, with this command, it activates the /setblock command even if the zombie is not defeated. How should I fix this?

What does this symbol mean next to my characters name on the character select screen?

I noticed this symbol (circled) next to my characters name in New World:

It looks like a snake or maybe a dragon within a green shield. What does this symbol mean? Clicking the ellipsis below it doesn't tell you anything - that is for "Character Options."

How to tp the players to a defined place?

I'm trying to make a Skywars minigame, and I need to teleport the players to an island. I don't know what to do, I really want to make this minigame, I'm in 1.16.5 Minecraft Java Edition.

I've tried:

tp @p @r[type=armor_stand]

but it's not working.

Why is the limit to server-side reach higher than client-side?

In vanilla survival Minecraft, you can only hit something from ~ 3 blocks away. In creative mode, the vanilla reach is ~ 5 blocks. But when I use this boat desynchronization glitch, I can hit people from ~ 6 blocks away. In testing cheat clients, the reach limit is also ~ 6 blocks.

Why is server-side reach higher than you can actually reach legitimately? It seems that if you wanted to code a server reach limit, you would make it at most the same number as client reach limit...

Why is Mega jump no longer available on ios? Anyway to play?

I used to play the game Mega Jump a lot. But 7 years later when I tried to play it with my new ipad, I realized that it is no longer available!!

Where do the plastic boxes for screw containers come from?

Screws are one of the earliest things you gain the ability to produce in Satisfactory, and boy do you ever need to produce them! They're likely to be one of your main bottlenecks for quite some times as you climb the tech tree, and you'll quickly become more familiar than you ever wanted to be with the sight of the big blue plastic containers holding a bunch of screws.

Thing is... it's not until several tech tiers later that you unlock the ability to produce blue plastic, once you get oil and refineries. So where were all those boxes for all those screws coming from in the interim?

Will I benefit from taking animal beds in a caravan?

When I go somewhere by caravan, I always remember to take bedrolls so my colonists will get a good night's sleep. But this invariably leads to their sleep bars filling up quickly, followed by a long wait while the caravan animals finish sleeping as well.

What if I bring along some animal sleep beds? Will the caravan animals use them to finish sleeping faster?

How do I deal with Steam's phantom comment notification?

There is a phantom "new comment" notification haunting my Steam account. You know, one of these things that's tracked by the widget with the envelope in the upper right corner of the window in the client or the website:

Before I try to view it, it appears to be a regular comment notification. When I get X new notifications, the overall notification counter shows I have X+1 new notifications; and when Y of them are specifically new comment notifications, the menu says I have "Y+1 new comments". All counters tick down properly as I read up the notifications - at least until there's only the phantom notification left.

When I try to view it, I either:

  • (if there have been other comment notifications recently:) get a list of new comments that accounts for all the notifications - except the phantom one;
  • (if there have been none) get an error screen assuring me I have no comment notifications at the moment, like this:

I'm assuming it was created when a vitriolic user made a post in a Steam forums thread I was following, and became phantom when that post got deleted in some specific time window between me receiving it and trying to view it.

I have had this phantom comment notification for about 5 months now. It didn't go away after I received and clicked several newer comment, item, or Steam support notifications.

It persisted across daily log-ins, daily log-outs, daily PC boot ups, and many, many Steam updates.

Steam support doesn't know how to deal with this.

I'm assuming doing anything with the client won't change anything, since it also haunts the website.

Viewing notification in Big Picture mode didn't help at all.

I've tried scrolling all the way down to the [My Username] > Activity log. I've reached the bottom - no fix.

Is there any way to make it go away?

Which is better against Ganon: Master Sword + Barbarian set or an Ancient weapon + Ancient set?

So this question already covers which gives a larger boost to ancient weapons (Barb set vs Ancient Set with Ancient Weapons), granting the Ancient Set the victor.

However, I have started playing a "no pause" playthrough, based on this YouTube Video. Basically the rules of the run mean that the player cannot change weapons, or access the inventory - this means that when the Master Sword breaks, it becomes inaccessible. Ancient weapons bought from the Tech Lab are also unusable, as they only appear directly in the player's inventory, even if their hand is empty[1].

They end up using the Master Sword, and the Barb Set, to get as much damage as possible, with only a single weapon.

Which is better in this scenario against Ganon: the Master Sword with the Barb set, or an Ancient weapon with the Ancient Set?

[1]: This is possible via the Weapon Connoisseur mission - he asks to see the Ancient Short Sword, which automatically equips it to Link's Hand.

What can I legally do to criminals?

I've been unable to find any kind of list of what crimes you can commit to become a Criminal in Crusader Kings 3 and more importantly, what the Possible Punishments are. This would be super helpful to know BEFORE I expose someone's secret, only to discover that the crime I exposed does not allow me to legally punish them the way I would like.

The in-game encyclopedia does point out that there are two types of crimes, Secular and Religious, and explains who may punish someone for each, but it does not have a list of crimes or punishments.

I understand that Religious crimes will be heavily dependent on what the doctrines of your religion are, but I assume that two religions with the same Crime Doctrine have consistent acceptable punishments? That Catholicism and Ash'arism both punish Witchcraft the same way?

One would assume that Secular crimes would be consistent across all factions and religions? Things like Murder, a Vassal Revolting, etc.

I'm making a lot of assumptions, and don't see a way other than just playing crazy amounts of CK3 and writing stuff down.

Has anyone found/made a list of the Crimes and Punishments in CK3?

How do I get items that I have missed once a mission is complete?

For example I found an item box in the Mall on one of my failed attempts, but didn't get it in my successful attempt. But after finishing the mission I can only access it in Time Trial where item boxes are not a thing?

Do I have to wait until I've completed the game at least once?

Something else?

Does riding a mount influence resources detection ability?

In World of Warcraft Classic/Retail, when riding a mount, does it make any changes to time and/or distance a resource (herb, ore, etc.) is being shown on mini map?

If any, it may be in-game (ex. higher speed affects effective range of detection) or out of game (ex. higher speed means less updates per traveled distance which may display resource later than usual.)

Forza Horizon 4 Keeps on Crashing

I have recently downloaded Forza Horizon 4, but there is a problem, after I set up my name and click on play Forza Horizon the game gets a grey screen and closes to the Desktop even before it finished loading the map, no error were displayed and I couldn't even see a glimpse of gameplay, please may I have a solution for this.

Add: I have the minimum amount of ram required for the game. Add: I am running the game on windows 10 build 1909.

Minecraft 1.14.4 Sky Mob Farms?

I just wondered if anybody truly knows why and if, how much "Sky-Mob-Farms" got nerfed in the most recent update of the game. I read a lot of YouTube comments saying that ideally the farms should be at the bottom of the world now. I also tried making a mob farm in creative above an ocean biome at height 160Y and I didn't manage to spawn a single mob on my spawning platform in the sky. Are all sky-mob farms broken these days, is my best bet just lighting up all my caves and put it somewhere near sea-level?

Using PC controllers with XInput on a 360?

I own 2 pc controllers, 1 redgear pro wireless and 1 redgear pro wired. I was wondering if there was a way to connect them to my ol' xbox 360? I read that controllers that use XInput work in this thread and I know that these use XInput. However when I connect them directly to the 360 they don't work at all. Is there any workaround or way for me to connect them to a 360? Any help is appreciated!

Stuck at swing bridge in Hunrath

I have done everything in Hunrath, I have been up to the tower and junkyard areas, and I know that I need to get to Maray or Kaptor.

But I accidentally swung the bridge right round to the extreme left so now I cannot cross the bridge to get to swap seed machines.

Is there any way to swing this bridge back or any other way to get to the other worlds so I can continue the game.

Buying Steam game while being abroad

I want to buy (pre-order) No Man's Sky from Steam. Since I'm from the Netherlands, this would normally cost me €60.

At the moment I'm on holiday in the United Kingdom. The game has a price here of £40. Because of the current exchange rate between euro and pound, this is a lot cheaper: 21%.

My question is: can I buy a Steam gift card in the United Kingdom and use it to buy the game from my own Steam account for the price it costs in the UK? If so, is this legal / do I have any risk of my account being blocked?

How can I change the accelerate key in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit?

I am trying to change the key controls of NFS Hot pursuit, but when I go to

Settings → Gameplay Settings → Controls

And I press Enter to change the key configuration, it says "volume down":

I don't have any idea what key that corresponds to.

I have a Lenovo Y470 laptop, which has a Fn key, and if you press Fn + ←, it reduces the volume. Initially, I thought maybe this was what it was referring to, but it doesn't work.

How can I use the accelerate control? What button does this correspond to?
