How to protect against or remove Doom once it's cast?

I'm a Lancer (DPS) in Final Fantasy 14. While fighting in a level 40 dungeon (don't remember which, don't think it's relevant), one of the middle bosses (not the final boss) cast Doom on me. After a short while, my character inta-died. This was very frustrating, and somehow this didn't affect/kill the other party members. As it was random party, couldn't really ask them how they were protected or removed the status.

All my search attempts on Google gave unclear results, at best.

So, how to be protected against Doom, or how to remove it once it was already cast on me?

How do you block a user on Minecraft Bedrock Realms?

Is there a setting in Bedrock Realms that will allow me to block a user? If so, I can't find it.

Related question: If a user gained access via a shared link to the realm, does creating a new link (which invalidates the old one) end up blocking users that aren't my friends?

How do I turn 360 degrees in Portal on Steam/Linux?

Ubuntu 20.04LTS fully updated. Installed the steam package. Have used Steam on Linux on a previous install. When I run Portal, keyboard controls and both mouse buttons work correctly. However, I can only turn my body 90 degrees when sliding the mouse left or right. Occasionally, I can get the 90 degree range to shift (e.g. by looking straight down and moving left or right with A or D), but after doing that, I'm stuck to a new 90 degree viewing range. This makes even simple tasks frustratingly difficult. Is this a known issue? Are there any workarounds? Seems to be specific to Steam/Portal as I have no mouse issues outside of Steam.

When I try to login into roblox, it kicks me out. I try to login in through the website too, but it keeps making me do the verify your not a robot

Try to login, and I do 2-step verification, verify I'm not robot, and it doesn't work. I tried the website too.

What do weapon stats do, mechanically?

Some of the weapon stats are bit more self explanatory than others. For example reload increases reload speed, magazine is related to the number of shots before reloading. But I can't figure out what all of them do, or how they are useful to each character. What do all of the weapon stats modify, and how do they affect DPS?

Is the ending of Echoes Of The Eye affected by progress in the base game?

At the end of the DLC for Outer Wilds...

Having played the DLC on a fresh save, I'm wondering whether a more complete ship's log would alter or extend the sequence in question?

Does the number of "days" that a save has been going on for, matter?

Does the number of "days" that a save has been going on for, matter, in either the first game or the second?

Or is it just for your information and has no effect on anything?

Because I'm still in the Early Game in the first game, with 400+ days.

How much have I spent in real money on Roblox

Roblox seem to want to hide away how much I've spent (paid) on the game, or, I do not understand how to traverse the maze of menus.

I am trying to learn how much I've spent on both of my daughters.

I log into Roblox in my browser, and I click on the Robux symbol. A drop list opens, and I choose the first option (which shows how many Robux remain). This has taken me into My Transactions.

If I review summary, current purchases or purchases, it shows the total number of Robux (which is the name of the currency in the game) I have bought. I do not see how much real money I have spent (in USD$ or GBP£).

I can't simply use email receipts because there is no way to know which of my daughters each receipt is for.

Is it possible to get this?

How to get a score over 9,000,000 on the ruins course?

Is there a secret score multiplier in Pokemon snap? I have a score in the 5 millions like the rest of the top players other than this one person. With 15 Pokemon in ruins, it would take a score of over 8000 on all 72 pictures. Is this a cheat/ exploit?

Why does Roblox pester me about being a robot?

It was my first time making a profile. I went and put in my username and password. Then I tapped I'm not a robot. It made me do the "test" and I passed, but every time I go to login, it I have to do the "test" to prove I'm not a robot. What exactly does this mean and why do I have to do it over and over again?

Is Falling Bash actually better than Jump Slash for mounting?

Mounting a monster has undergone a major revamp in MONSTER HUNTER RISE, and so has the Sword and Shield's moveset. In it, Falling Bash is now treated as an aerial move and can be used to mount a monster.

So, does it mean now the jumping slash is obsolete? Damage of Jump Slash is pathetic compared to Falling Bash. Does it mean the Falling Bash is actually better in all aspects, especially mounting since it is significantly stronger than the jumping slash?

Why don't Bound Arrows show up when I use the Bound Bow spell?

I was told in the past that when you cast the Bound Bow spell and have no arrows, the game spawns 100 Bound Arrows and equips them so you can actually use the bow. However, every time I've cast the spell (with or without arrows in my inventory) they never equip. I've seen them show up in my inventory via console and even equipped them with console but they don't do it on their own. And being bound weapons from a spell, they also don't show up in my inventory (well they do in the console window but not in the actual "player facing" inventory). Is there any way to fix this? Also why does this happen in the first place?

How can I increase player morale?

Is the only way to increase morale for players to constantly feed them the ball (at least for offense) and to do well, hoping you get the chance to praise them?

My star RB has been stuck at incredibly low morale ever since I was hired to the team. This means he performs incredibly poorly and it's nearly impossible to both do well and utilize him very much.

Essentially I'm ending up in a vicious cycle of running the ball poorly game after game due to his poor morale, but I can't get his morale up because the run game is terrible and I can't seem to make anything happen (doesn't help that he's a low-ranked player, but still better than a non-star RB).

Am I just kinda SOL until the draft? I don't have the credits to sign a free agent because, naturally I'm playing so poorly.

This question applies to other positions as well, especially defense, where you have absolutely no control over any of the players whatsoever.

Minecraft Launcher not listing v1.14 in versions dropdown

So on my kid's Windows machine, the Minecraft launcher's version dropdown list does not include v1.14. It only lists up to v1.12.2.

Who are the people who help with "Let Sleeping Mountains Lie"?

Early on in Final Fantasy XV's "Let Sleeping Mountains Lie" quest, you visit a location where a bunch of NPCs you have met throughout your travels gather together to help you out. (I previously said this was the first thing that happens in post-game content, but apparently that was a mistake. It's just common, not the actual quest trigger.)

When I got there, the game told me I had met "13 of a possible 14" of them. Of course, instead of thinking "awesome, I did a pretty good job," I thought "who did I miss?!" So, who are the 14 people you can meet there in the diner? I tried looking it up, but the guides I found just gloss over this, saying little more than "a group of NPCs exists, visit them" before skipping ahead to strategy for the more complicated later part of the quest.

As a follow-up, what are the conditions for making each NPC appear (I know it's not necessarily "complete the quest chain" because at least two of them still had more stuff to do) and what do they give you when you're there?

Why Won't Minecraft Let Me Play Offline?

My computer has no internet access. Every time I log in the launcher says can't connect to minecraft.net, but I'm playing offline- not online. I tried restoring my computer because I'm already logged in but it wants me to do is log in.

Logging in doesn't work because, as I said, I'm not connected to the internet. Why can't I just play offline? I was online 8 months ago.

I watched other players with some good skills: They move and shoot and their movement is so quick, that I can't aim on them. Can someone please confirm as to how I can move equally as fast?
