Can you get your fully filled in map if you lose it?

I spent around one to two hours on a survival server trying to fill in a map (this is early game so I don't have an elytra yet). I had just finished when I had a sudden urge to kill an enderman. Long story short I died and all of my stuff despawned before I had managed to get it back. None of the stuff was particularly valuable apart from the map. Is there any way to get back the progress from the previous map without filling it in again by walking around? The server is on Java but supports bedrock which is what I am playing on.

Selenitic Age: Underground train controls and compass not illuminated

In Myst (2021) v. 1.5.3 - Selenitic Age underground 'train': The panel for the underground train controls and compass are not illuminated and cannot be seen. I can operate the two controls but I cannot see the compass. Anyone else experiencing this or did I miss a piece of puzzle that would turn on the overhead light?

What is the Ancient Vampire Sword for in Skyrim (NOTE: Mod, unsure which one)

A friend of mine found this sword in their inventory, and it is marked as a quest item. It is in the Miscellaneous section, however, rather than weapons. We believe it is from a mod, but are unsure which mod it is from, and also cannot figure out what quest it belongs to. Can anyone help? Picture Below

Can I have 2 villager-based farms close to each other?

Many videos say not to build 2 farms involving villagers less than 100 blocks away. As far as I can tell, this is because villagers might link to other beds and workstations. If all of the villagers in one farm are linked to beds and workstations, and I build another farm near it, will everything work correctly? The first farm is an iron farm, and the second will be a wheat farm.

Why does my fisherman's lodge say there's no room to store resources?

In "Life is Feudal: Forest Village", I built a fisherman's lodge, with a barn right across from it. The barn is mostly empty, so there's plenty of room to store fish. And yet, the fisherman's lodge shows a warning icon with a tooltip indicating "There is no room to store resources".

As you can see, the barn is mostly empty except for some meat and fruit -- and there's a villager exiting the barn carrying something. So it's clearly accessible (eg I didn't accidentally build it on a ridge or something regardless of what it looks like in the snow; villagers can access it perfectly well to store other stuff.)

I have this same icon over some other fishermen's lodges further down the coast, but theirs is legitimate: all of the barns within a reasonable distance are fully. This one, however, is smack dab across from a mostly-empty one. What can I do to get this fisherman's lodge to use the barn directly across from it?

(Actually, upon zooming in further, the villager exiting the barn is a fisherman. It's clearly accessible to people who work across the street -- so why can't the fisherman's lodge store its fish there?)

So I'm currently working on a Minecraft minigame where the goal is for Team A to collect all the torches and Team B's goal is to kill Team A (basically Pac-Man(or dark deception)) and I'm asking: How do I tell when the torches are all gone within a certain radius?

So the Minecraft wiki says:

In Java Edition, drowned spawn individually inside flowing water or source water that is 2 blocks or taller (this can include waterlogged blocks). In ocean biomes, drowned spawn at Y < 58, or at least 6 blocks below sea level; this restriction does not apply to rivers.

However, I'm not sure on a couple things:

  • Can they spawn "floating" in water, or do they always spawn touching a ground block?

  • Can they spawn inside bubble columns?

  • Is the area where they spawn always "constant" (e.g. making the area of water smaller will just make them spawn more concentrated) or is it dependent on available water (making the area of water smaller will result in less spawns)?

How to add optifine CTM overlay to a cross texture?

I want to add an overlay texture to a block(dandelion), but for some reason it isn't working? I've tried this exact setup on a block that isn't a cross and it doesn't work, what do I have to do to specify that this is for a cross model block and not a normal block model?

How do you complete the quest “Recent Events on M4-78”?

This is pertaining to Star Wars KOTOR 2 and the M4-78 Enhancement Project. I am currently on the planet M4-78 and am about to finish it but this one quest "Recent Events on M4-78" is hard to finish. I am to a point where I have spoken to a droid named E1-07 but I forgot where this droid is and I am unsure of which droid I need to speak to next. I don't know how close I am to finishing the quest. Any ideas on how to proceed? It's not necessary for Steam Achievements.

Can hacked language markers affect Masuda?

Does a Ditto from an American cartridge with a JPN language marker still work with Masuda method? I don't want to trade for one if people can just make JPN Ditto that won't work.

I've been trying forever to get my shiny Rockruff but I'm way over odds. Did I trade for a garbage fake JPN ditto? Or am I just really unlucky?

Cannot play games with NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super + Intel Xeon Silver

For professional purpose, I work on a computer with the following specifications:

graphic card NVIDIA RTX 2070 SUPER (8 Go), Processor (x 2) Intel Xeon Silver 2.40 GHz, and 128 Go RAM

I tried to play Steam games on this PC, but I cannot make them work properly. I tried with quite old games like Dying Light and Frostpunk → Impossible to play. Briefly, I get one image every 5 sec. It is like playing 2020 games with a 2005 computer...

I really doubt my computer hasn't got the required specifications to play those games. I "forced" the [games].exe to run on the RTX 2070 in the NVIDIA control panel as I thought it was not using it (all drivers up to date).

I monitored the use of my RTX 2070 while "playing" Dyling light and the following appeared (sorry it is in French):

My graphic card does not seem to be used, or at least by "100% bursts".

I cannot figure out what is wrong here... Any help appreciated!

Why are feesh so popular?

If you play Mario Maker 2 troll levels, or watch streamers who like playing them, you're probably aware of the "feesh," the phenomenon of an unexpected Cheep-Cheep coming out of nowhere to kill Mario. Whether popping out of invisible blocks, shot from cannons, dropped from claws or tracks, feesh are everywhere, quite possibly the single most common troll there is.

Does anyone know what makes them so popular among troll level creators? Is there some property of the Cheep-Cheep mob that makes them uniquely suitable for troll levels? Or is it just something someone came up with that achieved memetic status in the MM(2) troll community?

What is the percentage of each track coming up when vs, random is selected?

In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe when you select VS mode there is an option to have the game choose random tracks for you to race. Some of the tracks seem to come up more often then others so I want to know what the percentage of each track coming up is. Are they all equal? Or do some tracks like "Big Blue" have a smaller percentage?

How to play my own Bedrock Server on PlayStation without PS plus

I have a Minecraft Bedrock Server running on a spare computer that sits in my living room connected to my local network.

I can see the server in LAN games on my PS4 (which is on the same local network in the living room) but cannot connect as it asks me to purchase PS Plus subscription.

Is there any workaround?

NOTE: The system I am talking about is Linux which has different file system from Windows, meaning %APPDATA%/.minecraft is non-existent in Linux

So I have installed Pop!_OS to learn linux and I have game save from Windows 10 stored in a external drive following this page. Now that I have installed Minecraft from official site, how do I tell the Minecraft in Linux where to look for the game saves and account information?

LoL - slow loading/recovery of client after game ends

Since a certain patch - I cannot determine which one, like 6 months ago - I began experiencing an issue where my client is stuck on a "Game in progress..." screen for a minute after I finish a game. I tried:

  • reinstalling LoL
  • reinstalling LoL to a brand new SSD
  • moving my TEMP/TMP directories to said SSD
  • killing the LeagueOfLegends.exe process after game
    • this seemed to have an effect as opposed to the other tries: The client returns to the post-game screen immediately, but is extremely slow - graphs load slowly, returning to the party screen (Play again) works, but my friends do not see me as connected, after the minute passes (during which no actions are viable) a lot of screens blink and then the party screen opens again and everything works
  • letting the client close during a game
    • this just causes it to open immediately and then proceed with "Game in progress..." as before.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

How do I align the version numbers of my Epic and Steam versions so I can play together?

The Epic Games version is BORDERLANDSTPS-2.0.0

The Steam version is BORDERLANDSTPS-1.0.7...

I've seen a downgrade online, that seems to be for 1.0.7... Could I apply that to my Epic Games version??

Or, do I get SHiFT accounts and use that to connect the games? Although, my Steam version doesn't seem to have any way to connect with SHiFT?

I'm trying to summon an invisible falling block using a repeating command block to get rid of the shadow created by it, I've tried using ActiveEffects NBT but that isn't seeming to work, here's the code:

Why do my armor plates only insert 1 even when I'm holding down the armor plates button?

I'm using PC and at some point something changed in my setup so that when press and hold the bottom to insert my armor plates (F10 on my machine), it will insert just 1 plate. In the past, if I pressed and held the button, it will keep inserting plates until I was full, but at some point it stopped doing this.

What setting should I change to get this feature back?

Is there a way to add more than one custom Minecraft skin on Bedrock Edition?

I imported a custom Minecraft skin into Minecraft, and I wanted another one in a different slot, but when I imported the second one, the first I imported became the same skin.

Is there any way I can add more than one custom skin? I tried searching online already, I found questions similar to this but weren't asking for this reason. I don't know if I actually can do this, but I'm pretty sure it is possible?

After some random side-quest, I found the Flameblade. Best weapon I'd seen by far and looks super cool. Not wanting to break it, I've avoided using it in hopes that I would eventually find someone that can repair damaged weapons. My hopes of finding someone like that are rapidly diminishing.

So, is there a way to keep my Flameblade (and other fancy weapons like it) from breaking? If not, can I go back to the place I found it and get another one? If so, when would it respawn?

I cannot put it in their inventory or gift the armour to them, so how do I get them to equip it?

How can I resolve a 3DS networking issue?

I can't seem to connect my pokemon x game to my network, even though I have tried using both my guest network and my secure network. Both of them are WPA secured (I believe, I can't check right now, but will as soon as possible), but I was able to connect and receive the Torchic promo gift on my pokemon y game. I have attempted using a 3DS that had been broken (only the lower half of the top screen, so I just replicated my actions to attempt to connect, and I could still see the error message), but that refused to connect also.

Both 3DS can connect to the network and use the Internet browser, and streetpass works fine, the only issue is connecting to the network in game. The error message goes along the lines of "error, could not connect to the network" (might have been "connection refused"). I have also tried using Internet to connect to GTS and the streetpass connection thing, but neither of those work on either game, on either 3ds, even though it used to on pokemon y.

I am super confused over this, as the issue just popped up, seemingly overnight. I really want to claim the torchic ASAP, because the promo ends after December, and although that is a ways off, waiting until the end to fix this would pass up being able to own a valuable promo, who is super powerful besides.

Does anybody know how to fix this? I am very sorry if I didn't make myself clear, or if I didn't supply enough information, but I can't access either my own router or either game right now, and I have no clue how to trouble shoot on a 3ds anyways. If I need to collect more information, please comment what I need and I will get it as soon as I can.
