Inventory based code lock in minecraft

I need help with making an inventory based combination lock and I need to compare the key and a specific slot in a payers inventory. For example, I want to check if there is a stick in the slot 0b (1st slot in the hotbar). How can I do that? Please send a full command(s), I'm kind of new with these commands so I need a bit more help than just some advice. Thank you in advance.

So I found this command:

execute at [@a] [nbt={SelectedItem:{tag:{kill:3}}}] run kill [@e] [distance=..3, nbt=!{SelectedItem:{tag:{kill:3}}}]   

But I don't know what it will do.

So go to your minecraft world, put this command in the command block with repeat--> unconditional--> always active and try to know what does this command do. Thank you.

Do dropboxes contain goal explosions?

I have opened a lot of dropboxes, but I have never once recieved a goal explosion. Do they even include them? Are goal explosions only abailable for credits?

Are really pinholes signs of disc rot?

I have found one pinhole in some of my discs, from Xbox 360 to Wii U to PS4 games, they are see it from label side and reflective side

The strange case it's that the last 2 games that i have beat it (Mario 3D World and Bloodborne) have it and i haven't notice anything during the gameplay

Can get worse at point to not read or it's just a myth?

Making Spawn Eggs with Custom NBT work in Spawners

Is there a way to make custom spawn eggs with custom nbt work in spawners? I tried putting a spawn egg with a villager named "Villager" in a spawner but the spawner only spawns villagers with no names. Any other ideas what I have to do?

What effect does the crew size have in the game?

There are three stats that are shown in the UI, sail life, hull life, and crew.

Sail life and hull life seem pretty self explanatory, but what does the crew do? Is it just another "life" stat that I need to keep at a non-zero amount to be "alive?"

I haven't seen an explanation in the game yet that would hint at what it could mean. It would make sense that if you have no more crew, you're effectively "dead." Certain weapons could target the crew more effectively. You could "equip" different crew to increase your capacity, but still don't know what the effects are.

Do we get bonuses for having a more full crew? (e.g., like firing and reloading cannons more quickly) Are you debuffed when you have less crew? Does killing off an enemy crew allow you to take the ship for yourself?

Why does Xbox Series X not keep games updated?

I have instant power mode on, and I have selected the option to keep games up to date, and yet for months now every time I go to play a game it needs to update. So why does the console not keep games up to date,and why does it present that feature as if it can?

Why do Duke AI destroy their primary title?

In my Ironman game, it happened very often that after I granted a Duchy to a Count, they destroyed it after a while, despite they didn't have any other Duchy.

Why would they do it, and why so often?

And how? I was under the impression that you couldn't destroy your primary title.


  • Note: this might have often been not the de-jure Duchy of their County, but still I wouldn't see why nor how.
  • Remark: we're not talking about characters with too many Duchies so that they have a penalty, we're talking about characters with just one Duchy, destroying that.

AOE2 DE: How to disable debug information?

Some time ago I have somehow enabled debug information in AOE2 DE, which is diaplayed in top left corner all the time (including main menu, etc.). This information sadly cannot be disabled by pressing F5 / F11 during the game.. I have tried googling, but found nothing and I can't remember how I enabled this information.

My OS is Debian 10, and I am playing the game using Proton 5.0-10.

Can different devices in different cities log into HBO GO? (Europe) [closed]

I have bought a HBO GO subscription, I have given the password to my brother who lives in another city of the same country though he keeps getting this error message when logging in. Even though he had already successfully logged in previously for the same account.

Is there a fast way to sell large amounts of ammo?

When playing Mercenaries, I sometimes play runs without certain guns. As a result I collect hundreds of bullets that I'd like to sell since I don't plan on firing them.

However, when adding up the bullets to sell by holding right on the stick, I have to count each bullet individually. This wastes a ton of time, especially since I need to do this at least 3 times a game and play multiple Mercenaries sessions back to back.

Is there a shortcut to sell all ammo?

Is it fine to put 4 wood blocks around the crimson/corruption

I got 2 Xbox 360 wireless controllers for my PC. I'm considering that the Xbox 360 controller won't connect to the Xbox One S receiver (meaning the 360 controller will be phased out soon and games might use a new XInput API that's incompatible with the 360 controller). Can I still do this?

Are zones 'fixed' at a certain power level or do they scale at all?

I've tried to look into this and most every answer gives a soft or even a firm 'no', there is no level scaling. Zones have a suggested power level (SPL) and a fixed difficulty that's supposed to make a reasonable challenge at that power level.

But I just encountered something that makes me question it.

I'm on my first play through and I really want to face a reasonable challenge throughout. Rather than adjusting the combat difficulty, I've just been gating my own power growth by no spending points. I've finished half the zones in England and chasing after every map marker (mystery, artifact and treasure) had started putting my level way over the top. So I stopped spending my skill points as I got them and even refunded some to go back down to a zone's suggested level.

Then I came across some enemies that I couldn't beat and beefed up my power level in response to let me advance without having to come back later. Details in the spoiler tag:

So long story short, I was at Power Level 230 before getting back to the southern England story line.

Is Suthsexe supposed to be 'skull' difficulty?

I committed to Suthsexe at the alliance map and travelled down there via the Lunden docks. After I was in zone for a bit, I remembered my Power Level 230 was 70 over the suggested 160. So I refunded a bunch of skill points.

Then I noticed every enemy had a red skull icon next to their health and stun bars and took about twice as many hits as enemies had previously.

So is Suthsexe supposed to be way harder than previous zones when done 'on level'? Or did I trip some scaling mechanism into juicing up the enemies there before nerfing myself?

Ethernet Adapter disconnects after large amount of data passes through to an outside network

edit: so after an egregious amount of testing, I may significantly narrowed down what the problem might be. So basically, my going theory at the moment is when a large amount of data passes through the adapter, it "trips" off and completely disconnects everything. So first reason why I think this is because, I can consistently get this issue to happen, simply by sending a lot of data (in my case I just spawn in a bunch of TnT, blow it up, and voila, no internet for my PC! Furthermore, the adapter will only disconnect if it is sending a lot of data outside my network. If I connect to the server via a local IPv4 everything is fine, but the moment I join via my public IP, internet magically disconnects).

The reason why I think it is either a problem with my adapter itself, or some issue with windows is because this is exclusive to my PC. I have tested this on another computer connected to the same router, also using ethernet, does not disconnect after large amount of data passes through.

So to sum up, when a large amount of information passes through the adapter via public IP, something "trips off", and completely disconnects my PC's internet until I restart.

Hopefully the title describes the problem, essentially when my 1.16.4 Minecraft server runs (with people on it from a different network), after a random amount of time (sometimes it 5 minutes, but the longest I've been able to go is around 4 hours), my internet connection (which is ethernet) will completely disconnect. The server itself is fine (as when I join via localhost, OR local ip address) it doesn't kick me out, but everyone else who connects via my public IP (and when I too join via my own public IP), will be kicked out (obviously right? Since it's my internet that no longer works). In addition nothing irregular with server logs so I'm fairly certain the server isn't the issue, but more so something with Windows 10 and people connecting via an outside network.

I would like to mention that perhaps around 2-3 months ago this problem didn't exist, and only suddenly started to happen when I got a new computer, so this makes me believe that it's something with THIS computer and not the router.

Whenever the ethernet disconnects, stopping the server does nothing, neither does disconnecting the cable. I have to completely restart Win10 in order to get my connection back.

Things I have tried--->

I have tried completely disabling Windows Defender Firewall, and having it on with Java as an exception, neither proved to be the solution. I googled and found this thread, where someone suggested to edit my ethernet adapter settings and change the value of "number of transmit buffers" to 512. (this was already the default). However I don't think this is the issue as regardless if there is one person on the server or 10, the result is the same. This is also an issue with multiple version of Minecraft, (have played on 1.12 and 1.16) which further makes me believe that its not a problem with the server, but more so something with windows.

I would like to iterate that this issue only occurs when I'm port forwarding, other than that I have incredibly stable internet regardless if I'm just browsing the internet, in a Zoom call, or playing any other game.

How to make best use of Triglav Protector in HotS

I'm looking for details about how to best use the Triglav protector, as both the pilot and the gunner. The wiki lacks damage numbers on the gunner abilities, and in the middle of a game I'm too busy fighting to look closely at the numbers; so that makes it rather hard to figure out the optimal rotation for the gunner.

When should it be used to target heroes vs buildings, should I charge the same structure or move between structures when shield is on cool down. what combinations of abilities for the gunner has best dps for either buildings or vs players? Basically how do I make sure I'm not wasting the protector if I hop in to pilot it?

Is there a way to move all of certain item from a chest to inventory (or vice versa) in Bedrock edition?

What the title says. I've heard that in Minecraft Java you can shift and double-click to move all of one item from one container to another. But this doesnt appear to work in Bedrock edition. Is there a faster way than shift clicking each item/stack one at a time?

Why won’t the Boethiah cultist die?

On PS4, I started the Boethiah's Calling quest at level 27 and killed all of the cultists except one. This one, in particular, won't take damage and knocks my follower every time I try to go to the pillar. I gave up and did other quests. I'm now level 43 and the cultist still doesn't take any damage.

I've noticed some people have a skin. When they duplicate, the second skin is different.

How do you get those?

I have made an iron farm (Copied Mumbo's iron farm from Hermitcraft S7) and I read something about villages having to be 150 blocks from the iron farm for it to function efficiently. I only read this after building it though, and there's a village about 120 blocks from the edge of the farm, and I cannot be arsed to rebuild it, so I instead thought it might be possible to get rid of the village? (I destroyed all the beds, workstations, doors, bells, houses and everything I could see that was village related)

I'm playing HOTS on my laptop, which has an integrated Intel card and an NVIDIA card. The game runs fine, automatically using the NVIDIA card, and the performance is great.

However, in the graphics settings menu, only the Intel card is listed, which locks some of the higher graphics settings, specifically the texture quality.

Is there a way to resolve this, perhaps by modifying some config files?

How do I get the runes in Normal difficulty?

In Shadowgate (2014), I'm in the Shadowgate castle on Normal difficulty (i.e. the easiest one without the time limit), and I'm afraid I'm stuck. When I ask Yorick for hints, he says this:

The wizards would not have placed so many powerful runes in the castle if they did not have some greater purpose. Perhaps you should take them for yourself.

I see that, for instance, the Empty Room, after dispelling the illusion with the Flumoris spell, has a rune that has an eagle on it. But when I try to take it, I get the following:

You struggle to get ahold of the rune, but it doesn't budge from the wall.

I've tried all my spells on this rune and the others, as well as different ways to pry it out, but nothing seems to be working.

How can I get these runes?

Geometry Dash Cloud Problem

So I get the Steam version of GD, yeah? Then, I re-install it on my iPod touch 5G and I log into my account. Before this, I uploaded my newest data and then loaded it into my game.

But that's not what my problem is. My real problem is that it doesn't have my newest data. Can this be fixed? Also, I now have no devices with my newest data.

How can I host a LAN world on a Moto G Android phone?

My brother and I both own Moto G Android phones which are fully updated. We both own Minecraft .11.1 the latest version of Minecraft Pocket Edition. Neither of us can host games using our WiFi, but we can both see and play in Maps hosted by other Android devices, not Moto G devices. This tells us that the problem must be something to do with our particular phone's settings. Does anyone know of anything we can change that will allow us to host games from our phones using the normal easy method of Local game hosting via WiFi that the game designers intended?

We've tried to connect unsuccessfully, after clearing our App memory caches and we've tried restarting the App and turning the Allow Local Server Multiplayer switch on and off again under options. We've tried using other sources of WiFi, we've attempted to connect with Bluetooth.

Lots of people seem to have the have this issue with Moto G phones. However not a lot of information is available on how to fix it.

How can one remove lag spikes due to memory dumps?

I investigated occasional quick "freezes" I would get in Minecraft about every 20 seconds or so - the fluid motion of me turning would stop and resume in less than probably half a second. It's barely noticeable but it frustrated me.

By opening up the F3/Debug screen I noticed the skip occurred whenever the memory value on the right-hand side would drop from, say, 25% down to 8%. From previous experience I believe this is the process of the program clearing out unused memory, the garbage-collection system in java, or something similar to that.

Is there any way to make this memory refresh system more smooth or make the quick lag spikes less frequent?
