How do I separate which game is installed on steam based on windows user?

I make videos about games and those games, I typically consider "work". I also play plenty of other games in my free time. Now, I've made different user accounts on my windows: 1) Work 2) Play

I want the games I'm making videos on and all the editing software to be installed on my Work user account and the rest on the Play account. How would I go about doing this?

The main reason to do this, is that separating work and play like this makes it easier to focus get work done. Thank you for taking the time.

Do you need to knockout the hero in CoC to get 100%?

If the hero moves away from the altar, and you destroy it...and the hero doesn't get knocked out the whole battle, can you still get 100%? (even though the chances are 1 in 10000)

When I click on the "link to social account" button it shows a popup about to run, then immediately is closed as if blocked. I reset app preferences and even disabled the "block apps from opening the internet" option and I am still faced with the same issue. Help me please.

How do I make my second hard drive the primary location for all my Minecraft files?

I bought my PC with a single hard drive that was an HDD and now I have an SSD that has helped run many Steam games a lot smoother. I would like to do the same for Minecraft Java Edition.

I have tried moving the directory but it keeps returning to the main drive (HDD).

Is there a way to move all the files into the SSD, then run Minecraft, and have all the Minecraft files still be on the SSD and not a single file on the HDD just like my Steam games?

Also please no methods that simply redirect the files to the second drive, that, can be found here: How can I change the location of the .minecraft directory in the 2.1 Launcher?

I am looking for a full pack-up and move solution not a ghosting solution.

I am willing to accept that there may not be a way to do what I am asking. This is the third time I have asked this question, and either it's closed as a Duplication or I just get more ghosting solutions. I have tested every solution provided to me and none of them have worked.

Unable to earn any credits in StarCraft II campaign

Apologies for being a newb at StarCraft II in 2021, but here I am. Trying to play through the Wings of Liberty campaign and having fun, then randomly I start completing missions and noticed my credits was stuck at 25,000. No matter what missions I finish I never seem to get more credits. Is there something I'm missing, or is this a bug? The missions each say they have some reward like "120,000", which I assume is supposed to be earned credits (?). This started happening around mission 10-15. Playing on Normal, but played a few missions on Easy. Thanks.

Can Bowser be permanently kept from permanently rampaging if I play right?

I'm finding hard to understand the exact thresholds for this, for some reason. Is it saying that, if I get 50 Cat Shines before the "continuous rampage" state is triggered, then I can avoid it all together? Or at least until I have all 100 Shines? Whichever's possible and longer?

However, if the player collects more than 50 Cat Shines before the third battle, the continuous rampage state will not occur after it. The continuous rampage can also be skipped if the player lowers Fury Bowser's health to less than 50% of its full value through collecting Cat Shines. The damage from the lighthouses enables the player to defeat him during his fourth battle, which skips the rampage and begins the final chase sequence immediately.[3]

How can I clear an item with custom name in Minecraft 1.16.5

As mentioned in the title, I am looking for a command that will remove the item with the changed name from the player's inventory. I tried using:

/clear @p acacia_boat {{{display:{Name:'{"text":"blabla"}'}} 1

And nothing works. I searched the internet but didn't turn up any results, and I've found no answer anywhere when trying to do this on version 1.16.5.

Why can't I run a Spigot server on my computer?

I turned off my firewall, and I set up all of the stuff with the custom IP. Also, for clarification, I'm not stupid enough to attempt to join the server with my public IP, since it's supposed to not work. Despite this, my friends can't join, and the server doesn't show up when I ping it on mcsrvstat.us.

Unlike with the second game, it seems like the first game's Deluxier edition doesn't contain the soundtrack, and if it ever was on Steam, it isn't any more?

GOG's description of Deluxier Edition says nothing about soundtracks...

What are all the factors that increase the chances of crafting double resources?

When crafting items, there is a chance you can craft two items instead of one.

For example, when smelting iron ore into iron ingots, there is a percentage chance indicated on the right side of the crafting interface that displays the chances of creating two ingots instead of one. In the case of iron ingots (and other low tier items you can craft), there aren't any other resources needed to craft it.

For higher level items that require an additional resource to craft, the chances of creating an additional item increases based on the additional resource used. An example of this is steel ingots. They require:

  • Iron ingots
  • Charcoal
  • Flux

Where the flux used to create the steel ingots impacts the chances of creating an extra steel ingot.

So, obviously the type of flux used impacts the chances of creating an additional ingot, where using more rare/expensive flux increases the percentage. The same can be said for all other items you can craft that require extra resources. But what else impacts the percentage to create an additional item? Low tier items such as iron ingots don't require an additional resource to be crafted, yet they have a chance of producing an extra item, so what influences this?

How to learn Skylab Twin Shot with my custom player?

As fas as I understood, it's possible to unlock Skylab Twin Shot during Argentina match befriending both Tachibana twins to A and Jito to S.

But how can I learn that technique for my custom player? I know it's possible, since I saw that in several YT videos.

And as a side note, I'm wondering if my custom player always replaces Jito in the combination, or is it possible to "be" one of Tachibana twins and actually score?

Soon I am going to host a Halo 3 LAN party with 16 people in my living room. At most two people will share a screen, so we are talking about at least 8 consoles.

When 16 people are using wireless controllers in the same room will any of them cause interference with each other?

In Bowser's Fury, collecting a Cat Shine while Fury Bowser is present will lower his health for when you fight him as giant Cat Mario.

Is it possible to collect enough Cat Shines to fully drain Fury Bowser's HP? If so, what happens? Does it skip the Kaiju-inspired boss fight?

The gift NPC says there is one more gift/outfit in Bunch Canyon's seven screens, but I've been through all the flowers and don't see any hidden gifts. I have the one behind the corrupt tree (up the waterfall) but I imagine there's just a really hidden one--where is it?

Context: I am playing a bow only run (I am not picking up or using any swords). I am in the Abandoned North Mine trying to save Yunobo. I know I am supposed to use the cannon to blow up the red rocks to save him; however, because I am not using a sword, I am unable to move the lever for the cannon. I tried using bombs to move the lever, I tried pushing a chest into it, nothing works.

I was wondering if there is a workaround to move the cannon or if there is a workaround to save Yunobo without the cannon.

Custom Minecraft 1.8 spawners

I am working on a minecraft 1.8 server and am trying to make a mob spawner that spawns items. This example:How can I make a spawner that summons Items? works on new versions of minecraft but not on 1.8. It seems that any mob spawners placed down by command blocks don't work. The following command:

/setblock ~ ~1 ~ mob_spawner 0 replace {SpawnData:{id:zombie},Delay:299}

Creates an empty mob spawner that does not spawn anything. I am using minecraft forge with worldedit but no other mods. How can I fix this?

Managing masters dailies tiers

Yesterday I've finish T6 map and went to sleep in hope that today I'll start doing yellow dailies. But no:

All yellow tiers are 0.

Wiki say:

Each day five new master missions will be presented on the Atlas after the reset at 5pm MST (GMT-7) based on the player's last completed map tier with a range of +1/-1 tier.

My question:

Was I just unlucky that all masters decided to do -1 map tier ? Or is it rolled once for all of them?

My additional thoughts below (can be ignored when answering):

Tooltip in atlas is as generic as it can be:

will accumulate daily based on the tier of the last map you completed

This doesn't imply finishing white T5 map could give yellow daily. Nor opposite.

Pretty dissaponted with this GGG innovation, I could have done T7 map if I'd know that tricky to guess rule. If I'd be their programmer I'd make it based on Zana quest line progress, giving +1 daily per tier once it's unlocked (white - once zana quest started after completing T1 map, yellow - after completing shaped T6 map, red - after completing elder T9 map).

How can we assign handicaps in our Age of Empires 2 HD games?

Unlike later games in the "Age of" series, Age of Empires 2 HD Edition has no handicap system. This means that if a group of my friends want to play against each other, the game just turns into a bunch of skilled players stomping over the less skilled players, which isn't fun for anyone.

Whilst we can team up vs the AI, we'd like the option to do a versus game from time to time. What handicaps might we be able to hand out to keep the game interesting?

It'd be nice if there was a clear way to adjust a given handicap's intensity - forcing skilled players to play a particularly difficult strategy is good, but it's hard for us to apply that handicap partially if the skill difference is small. Bonus points if there's a clear way to compute that intensity.

Super Mario Bros 3: breaking underwater blocks

In Super Mario Bros 3, how can you break an underwater block if you don't have any shell to throw, and you can't swim up from underneath it? I'm thinking of the secret room in world 4-1 with the Big Berthas swimming around. There's a breakable block at floor level but I see no way to break it. You can't use the Tanooki tail to break blocks underwater.

(I'm playing the SNES version from Super Mario All Stars, but I assume the physics are the same as the NES.)

Nearing 35K power, I've accumulated 6000 coupons and 1000 ingots and I'm wondering what the most effective purchases are to increase power.

Should I focus on purchasing more powerful ninjas, leveling up battle armor, buying charms?

Minecraft server running, port open in nmap, but connection refused from outside the LAN

I have a Minecraft Server running on a computer of my LAN. It's the actual minecraft_server.jar, not a shared single player world, and I can connect to it from other devices on the LAN. I opened its port in the firewall and set up port forwarding so that it's accessible from the outside.

However, from outside the LAN, I get "connection refused". Online scanners (like this one) say that the Minecraft Server port is open and can even detect the version of Minecraft, so the port seems to be forwarded correctly (I set it up in the router's settings), so I really don't understand how the connection can be refused.

The exact message I get is "Connection refused : no further information".

The server's server.properties file is the default one, with juste the difficulty changed to 2.

What can cause this "Connection refused" message ?

My friend loses all his items upon disconnect

I'm hosting a minecraft server and it's just me and my friend playing. Every time he disconnects and comes back, all of his inventory is gone. However, the things in the chest remain there.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Can't even log out for the night and come back with everything. This issue doesn't happen with me, but only him. Again, we're the only two that are playing.
