| Posted: 27 Nov 2021 08:00 AM PST Minecraft Java launcher falsely states that internet is not available but it is and works with every other application. Brand new computer with nothing installed (Christmas Present). The error seems to be around since Sept 2021 but why isn't it fixed. Is there a place to get an updated launcher? |

A year has passed, and I still have the Chinese list which sounds like a bug to me. Also because its trophies are listed in English on PSN Profiles and other sites. Is there a way to change PS4 trophies language from Chinese? |
| Relation Between Processor and Tick Speed in Minecraft Posted: 27 Nov 2021 07:00 AM PST In Bedrock Edition, when we start a single-player world, it runs on a local server. This isn't about framerate, which I found answers to when I tried searching. I want to know how the type of my processor affects the tick speed—or maybe milliseconds per tick—and if there is a set equation I can do using the number in my processor type? For example, how many milliseconds does it take a 1.4 ghz CPU to compute a tick, as opposed to a 4.4 ghz CPU? I'm tryin my best to explain my problem but sorry if something's unclear, you can just ask for clarification. |

I also want to know how to make it so that you can only place blocks and not break blocks. |

| Unable to Play Game of Online Invite with PS5 and Mortal Kombat X Posted: 26 Nov 2021 02:41 PM PST I have Mortal Kombat X on my PS5 which I downloaded from the PS Plus store. A friend of mine has the disc version of the same game. We went to Online -> Private match and tried sending invites to each other. When we go to the received invite, it takes us to "Play Game". When I click on it, it brings me back to the main menu and doesn't take to the game. We both have PS5 Disc and Mortal Kombat X. He's using the game in disc and I'm using downloaded version. We're also both in CA region. What is causing us to not be able to play this online game? Would appreciate any advice. Another observation is that, we both see the same room names when we go to "Rooms" in the game. But when he creates one, I'm not seeing that. |

Can you remove the smaller landing pads once you have built a bigger one and still launch rockets that are of a smaller size than that pad? |

I'd like to try finding these secrets without the game pointing out their location. Is there any way to disable these flashing white minimap hints?

If I try running one of the links it gave me, I get a white screen and no error in the browser console. So I cannot use the invite to play with friends. Any advice when trying to play together on the website ? |

| Wii controllers disconnects and only connects again after restart Posted: 26 Nov 2021 03:03 PM PST When I turn on my Wii, and I press any button on any controller, it connects properly. If I press a button on any other controller, any other controller which was already connected loses connection, and the recently turned on controller never connects. After this I can connect controllers only after a restart. I got to connect another controller but just after entering a game and selecting multiplayer. Otherwise it will just disconnect the already connected controller and I would have turn off and on again to be able to connect again. |

I would like to compare them in several tasks. First off, without any boosts on a flat surface, which one is fastest and the slowest? Now, If I am going downhill, what are the results? They all have their unique abilities. What are they and what can they accomplish? What is the time delay between using abilities? Which one has the most Health Points (HP)? Lastly, what is the spawn rate of each? |
| Minecraft DLC sharing between users on Nintendo Switch Posted: 26 Nov 2021 09:03 PM PST Is Minecraft (bedrock edition) DLC available to all users on a single Nintendo Switch? I know games are available to all users and Breath of the Wild DLC was also but I'd like to confirm Minecraft DLC is. We have three accounts, one for me and two for my young sons, and all the purchases are done on mine. Now they'd like to purchase in game stuff (modes, skins etc) but I'm not sure with requiring a Microsoft/Minecraft account if they'll be able to share what is bought. If I sign up in my switch user and make the purchases, will they be available to the other users even without the my user being signed in? |
| Is there a reason to buy shields from Russ? Posted: 26 Nov 2021 04:29 PM PST In the Eldin Canyon, north of the Sheh Rata Shrine, there is a shield salesman named Russ on top of a hill. He says he is part of a shield surfing gang and has three shields available to buy:
According to the Zelda Wikia, Link can only purchase each type of shield once. Once Russ sells out, he is not able to restock any of his shields. If you examine a shield and say you don't want to buy it, Russ laments that if people don't start buying shields, his shield surfing gang will go out of business. Does something special happen if I buy all three shields? Or is there some other reason to buy shields from Russ? |
