I got pretty far in to the game, and when I closed out of it, it made me restart the game. I've been far enough to load checkpoints, but I cannot figure out how to save. | Minecraft - Noteblocks, looping bass, and adding melody Posted: 06 Jul 2021 02:15 PM PDT I've been trying to tackle the whole noteblock thing in Minecraft to reproduce a song that I like. I just found out how to loop like a normal bass layout. Now what I wanted to do was add the whole melody to it while the bass is still looping. So the idea is to play the bass on its own once, and then when it's about to loop again, I want the melody to kick in. But only once! I don't want it to loop every time the bass loops. Right now this is what I have. It's a bit janky and not the best, and my melody loops every time my bass starts over :
(The blue is the bass and the red is the melody I added). Also, I'm guessing in order to hear the song from anywhere you're standing, you'd have to make it vertically happen ? Because if I extend the song too far there will be a point where I won't be able to hear the bass anymore for example. Is there a way to avoid that ? Also, if you have any tips and tricks to make the whole thing better I would highly appreciate that as well! Thanks in advance  |

If it is no longer possible is there any way to move items not only horizontaly (Like conveyor belts) but also VERTICALLY?  |

| Small/Medium Ship Bnav differences? Posted: 06 Jul 2021 12:46 PM PDT Studying the wiki, I understand that the Dhow and Fanchuan are both basically variations on the Cutter, upgunning the class of shot rather than having guns in reserve. The Longship is slightly larger than the Fanchuan or Dhow so obviously concern #1 is it needs more crew and I imagine a second gunner, minimum. It seems to me that the Longship's 2 small guns/turn is the same damage output as the Fanchuan's single large, but that makes me wonder about the utility of the 2xSmall vs. 1xLarge. What are the primary differences in terms of the Bnavver's experience at the helm between these three ships. Why would you take one vs. the others, and bonus points for: where do the Merch Brig and Sloop/Cutter fit into these schemes?  |

Posted: 06 Jul 2021 11:39 AM PDT I was following this LoD Hydra Wizard build and for some reason it recommends rolling Physical or Lightning Resistance for many items. Why? What's so special about these two types? Does this build have other means of protecting against all other types of damage?  |

| How to fix command blocks not changing settings? Posted: 07 Jul 2021 02:02 AM PDT I've been working on a mini game for a while now, everything has been going smoothly until recently any command block I put down will be stuck on an impulse, always active setting despite changing the settings. Changing the setting will change the texture of the command block but it will still work the same as an impulse command block. I've already tried fixing this by turning on and off cheats, leaving and rejoining world, and even closing out Minecraft entirely and relaunching it.  |
| Posted: 07 Jul 2021 03:02 AM PDT New MSI GS66 PC with 10th gen i7, latest GTX 2070 with 8GB VRAM, all windows & nvidia updates made. The game is up to date. Approx 10 min in game, it crashes to desktop with no error message. Has this not been fixed yet? I tried like 2 months ago, had this problem and didn't play since hoping an update will fix it. Now it still crashes. Tried suggestions that I found here and there that are 3-4 months old but to no avail (such as this: https://www.reddit.com/r/CODWarzone/comments/fm8rfe/my_cod_warzone_keeps_crashing/). Anyone have a more recent solution to the problem or do you know if an update is on the way to fix this?  |
| Why does the multiplayer button in Minecraft PE change from on to off? Posted: 06 Jul 2021 05:20 PM PDT I just downloaded Minecraft about two weeks ago and I am trying to invite my friends to come to my world. My friends were able to invite me and it showed up and I was able to go into their worlds, but they never get my invitation. I have tried with multiple friends, I have tried to connect to the same Wifi as them, I have tried swiping up on Minecraft PE, and I have tried re-downloading Minecraft. It is also updated to the latest update as for all of my friends. Also, sometimes when they are in Minecraft and I go to invite them, it shows all of my friends as being offline even though some are online. What could cause these behaviour and how could I fix it ? UPDATE: I figured out that when I go into the world settings and click on Multiplayer, it shows the multiplayer button on and it is on Friends of friends and the Open to LAN Players is also on. When I open my world and go into the settings, it shows the multiplayer button being off and it's grayed out so I can't turn it on or off (which I know it's supposed to be grayed out in the setting while your in the world) and I'm not sure if that's why my invites don't send. I have also made sure that my game settings are on Wifi and Cellular and it is set to use Cellular. Please help me! :(  |

However, I always wake up to dead batteries due to the controller staying active all night. Is there any way I can keep my Switch on but without having my controller powered on?  |
| Writing Monika poems in Doki Doki Literature Club? Posted: 06 Jul 2021 03:14 PM PDT After Sayori's death, when you write poems, you only have Natsuki and Yuri chibis on the left. However, when you click on certain words, you can see another chibi jumping. At first, I thought it was Sayori, but after triggering the chibi jump twice, accidentally of course, I have noticed straight hair and white ribbon, such as Monika's. I am sure that I am not the only one who noticed it, but not sure if anybody was able to make a Monika poem out of it, which may have changed the story if you manage to spend some time with her. If you were able to make a Monika poem, what would be the words she is interested in?  |

If he deletes himself as a user on the PS3, will this affect his PS4 account or his PSN account? He has one PSN account which he used on both devices. He does not want to give it away with his personal info on it, and accidentally allow access to his PSN account.  |
| How can I save my cuddlefish from becoming fish food? Posted: 06 Jul 2021 08:43 PM PDT I've just gotten myself a cuddlefish, but it keeps getting chomped by hostile creatures around my base. I read that it has a large amount of hp, 10000 in fact, but am unaware of any healing or regeneration options. Is it possible to heal one's cuddlefish? Does it regenerate health over time by itself? If it is reduced to 0 hp, is there anything you can do to save it, or do you just have to get a new cuddlefish?  |
| Where can I find a pet Cuddlefish? Posted: 07 Jul 2021 04:22 AM PDT Now that Subnautica has officially left Early Access (yay!), I've started playing it again. I've heard rumors about a new creature that is tamable as a pet called the Cuddlefish, but I don't know where to find it. I've searched a few of the nearest biomes (Safe Shallows, Kelp Forest, Grassy Plateaus, and Crags) but I've had no luck so far. I don't want to look it up in the wiki just yet because I'm trying to avoid spoilers. Where can I find it? Do I need anything special to tame it?  |

Posted: 06 Jul 2021 02:53 PM PDT A long while ago, Mojang had released a fake Minecraft version for April Fools called Minecraft 2.0 which had many amusing features added to it. I've been meaning to revisit it, but the problem is, during that time, Minecraft still used the old launcher system. Now, though, with the post-1.6 launcher being used, the process to install a JAR file manually is very different. I don't even know if the downloads for MC 2.0 are available anymore. Is it still possible to install Minecraft 2.0 now?  |

Posted: 06 Jul 2021 10:22 PM PDT My friends and I are working on a TF2 map in Minecraft, essentially making different weapons and abilities for classes. One of the classes we were working on was the Engie, and in Minecraft, there's really no way to make a very compact repeating mechanism. We already have the dispenser thing set up (dispenser + splash potion of health), but for a turret, we're looking for the most compact way to make it "repeatedly" shoot out arrows.  |
