So I have Barbra and I wanted to hear her voice in Asian but then when I tried getting back into my account it made me re-start and I don't want to lose all of my progress because I have gotten so far. My user name is emcke166@eq.edu.au and I am really scared because I don't want to lose it

How can I make an armor slot of a player drop onto the ground?

I'm trying to make it so that when a player runs /function datapack:helmet_drop, the helmet item they are wearing drops onto the floor. How can I achieve this?

Recently I have been testing out the new remote play feature on my phone so I can play anywhere I want. I connected my two Xbox controllers to my phone via Bluetooth, and they are shown as separate connections. However, when I enter the game MK11, both controllers control only 1 player, where on the normal xbox console each controller controls their own respective player. How to fix this on my phone?

Entity skins not varying at spawn time?

I'm trying to replicate the behavior that skins cats with my own entity. After some digging through the resource pack, I've learned that that the texture of the cat is determined from two points:

  • An array defining the name of the texture to use (or so it seems).
  • An array defining where each texture is located.

The first array is located in the render controller for the cat entity, and I've copied and simply adjusted the controller with respect to my custom entity:

With that in mind, I believe I may just be missing a crucial step to the process for making query.variant work. I changed it to math.random(0, 4) and I get a constantly changing wolf texture in game. While it's fun to look at, it's not what I'm trying to achieve. The goal is to replicate the skin effect we see with spawning cats where their skin changes with each cat spawned.

How do I apply a skin to my entity, at random, and only at spawn time?

Can I make the player freeze without powdered snow?

I want to give players the effect where snowflakes appear on the side of the screen, their hearts turn blue, and they take constant damage. Any idea how I can do this while the player is outside of powdered snow?

What's the difference between interactive objects with a green outline and interactive objects with a roundel?

In Disco Elysium, some objects have a full green outline, and interacting with them opens a full dialogue tree. Other objects just have a green/white or orange/white roundel, and interacting with them just shows a short 1 sentence description.

Am I right in my interpretation that the fully outlined objectives are the important ones and that the ones with a roundel are just scene dressing, or is there a more significant difference?

How can I run a Minecraft LAN server with the server.jar file?

I'm trying to set up a LAN server for my family to use at home, where anyone can hop on and play anytime. Because of this, I don't want to use the "Open to LAN" feature on the pause menu since the server would close as soon as I exit that world. I'd like to use the server.jar found here so that I can always have it running in the background without having to be on the server myself.

How can I run the server in a way that makes it accessible to any players on my local network?

Why i cant see my achievements in minecraft

I cant find achievements, in menu, in-game, everywhere, i have searched a post on this side but it didnt worked, i checked every single setting but theres no "achievements" button. Yes i checked the exact post saying "how i check my achievements on minecraft" (or idk name) it didnt work

Send baby villagers through flowing water into soul sand elevator

So, I was working on an infinite villager farm (Minecraft 1.17), in which the baby villagers are tricked into going into a trench for jumping on beds. The trench has water which flows all the way into a mountain's bottom where I need the baby villagers to be. Now I have to make a soul sand elevator to bring the babies to the top of the mountain where there is a comfortable prison for them, but I can't think of the proper way to connect the stream of water to the soul sand elevator. The problem is that there is space for the source blocks in the soul sand elevator to flow out and oppose the stream of water in which the baby villagers come. This causes the baby villagers to not fully reach the elevator. The thing looks like this:

Is there any tutorial on this present on the Internet? If not, do let me know the proper way if you know one.

Get ID of block placed by player in server side script?

I'm creating a behavior pack and I need to detect the ID of a block placed by a player. The player_placed_block event doesn't give me an ID with the event data, it only gives me a three-dimensional coordinate of where the block was placed, and which player placed it:

There's also a getBlock method, which would work great with the coordinates I get back from the player_plaed_block event; however, it requires a ticking area:

The problem with getBlock is that I can't find anything in the documentation for getting the ticking area of the player, and the only thing I could find on the web was a ticket for code that didn't work, and seemed to require the tickingarea command to be ran in game first, which defeats the purpose of my script.

Is there a way to not only know the position and player, but also the type of block placed?

How do you change prepared spells during long rest on the journey?

Since Solasta :Crown of Magister follows the rules of DnD 5e, your spellcasters can only change prepared spells during long rest (either around a camp fire on in the inn). When you are travelling, you have to go through a few long rests that restore your spells (if you have used them in combat), but I can nowhere see a way to swap spells, as the whole journey (and rests) takes place on the world map.

Can you change your prepared spells? If so, how?

Is there a command line switch to specify the video resolution for DirectQ (a Quake 1 source port)

I have tried directq.exe -width x -height y which works with some other source ports but not this one. At startup it always defaults to 800x600.

Does anyone know if there is a command line option that works with DirectQ?

is it possible to kill armorstands that are inside another armorstand?

i want to fil a 2D area with armorstands, so next to every other armorstand i spawn 4 and so on, but if i dont kill the armorstands that are inside of other armorstands the game wil lagg realy quickly. i have this command now: execute as @e[type=minecraft:armor_stand,name=land] at @s run execute if entity @e[type=minecraft:armor_stand,distance=..0.1,name=land,limit=1] run kill @e[type=minecraft:armor_stand,distance=..0.1,name=land] but this kills all the armorstands. Do you have a idea?

Can I get custom Minecraft skins on Xbox using a hard drive?

So, I want my own Minecraft custom skin. I am on Minecraft Bedrock Edition btw. If I download a skin from a website such as, https://www.planetminecraft.com/ and add it to my hard drive, will I be able to add it to add it to my Xbox and add it to Minecraft? Im not sure if there is a specific folder I have to add the skin into for it to work. If there is, please let me know.

In Minecraft bedrock can I create a function block that only executes another function once?

In minecraft bedrock Im trying to execute a function if it has not yet been executed to initialize a build battle map. There is a command block with a button and the command it executes is "/function buildBattle". When I push the button the first time it should call the initialize function. If I push it again it should not.

#assume activeGame is not null for any user and is set to 0 somewhere else  execute @p[scores={activeGame=0}] ~ ~ ~ function initialize

scoreboard players set @a activeGame 1  ...

My function logic is not exactly correct. If any player joins with an activeGame of 0 and pushes the button it will call the initialize function. Is there some other way to do this?

Can I download updates from another computer and then transfer it?

Call of Duty Modern Warfare is very big game and it is getting new updates. The last one was 25 GB and in my home internet is very bad. I must take my PC to work then install update. Can I install last update to the my notebook instead of PC? I mean not whole game only the update.

I share a internet router with my neighbors and they run a minecraft : bedrock edition server that is on all the time even when they're not at online. I assume they run it on a raspberry PI or a similar device. How much does this affect internet performance?

Roblox packet loss?

Since a couple months ago my roblox ping has been spiking. My ping was normal since the past couple years until now. I tried to get a better internet plan, use ethernet, tried different PCs and I'm still having pink spikes. I don't know whats the cause of the problem. It's like it randomly appeared to mess with me. When I'm on a pserver my ping is normal, but as soon as someone else joins and I start pvping them (or an NPC) the ping starts spiking from 80 to 500-600 then back to 80 after like 3 seconds. I already tried contacting Roblox support and they told me it could be because of my ISP or my ports not being open? I don't know anymore I just need some assistance since I can't play anything on Roblox.

Issue with a Steam version of Morrowind

First time here. I've recently been having issues wherein Steam tells me Morrowind is still running, even when it isn't. I've checked Task Manager and Morrowind doesn't show in the "Processes" tab, I also tried running it from the Morrowind launcher itself as ad admin, and it tells me that InstallShield Engine's iKernal executable's class couldn't be found. Some assistance would be appreciated.

Are villager price increases due to killing them temporary?

So I killed a villager, at the time I didn't know that it would cause the other villager's trade to increase by so much... and I was wondering how long they would keep it high? or if its a permanent thing?

I'm on Java 1.14.3.

Is there any other way to lower their prices other than defeating a raid?

Can Minecraft for Windows 10 create Map Markers?

I have read about creating a Map Marker with Bedrock edition v. 1.9.15: create a banner, create a locator map, and point the map at the banner and right-click. But, when I do that, nothing happens. I thought that Windows 10 version was part of Bedrock edition. I go to the Windows Store and it says I have the latest edition.
Anyone know?

Why aren't iron golems spawning in my iron farm?

I've had no luck in getting iron golem to spawn in my underground iron farm.

The whole farm is right in the middle of a real village, all the villagers are now on the farm and not at the surface.

My spawning area for the golems is 16x16 and is covered at the top

The space between the doors and the wall has a direct skylight all around.

I have around 10 villagers on each side of the spawning area, and they are level with my doors. They can breed when I feed them.

I am playing the bedrock edition on switch.

How do you see the progress of your challenges in-game?

In Battlefield 1, you can complete challenges to earn medals. However, oftentimes it is incredibly frustrating not knowing how far you are in these challenges. For instance, there is some sort of 'tracking circle' on the left hand side that slowly goes round until it's full - but it doesn't give you a number (e.g. 4/10). If I remember correctly, the number is shown briefly when moving upwards in the challenge.

More importantly, after a round's finished you can't find this information either. (It says 'kill 10 Scouts...' but not how many you've killed so far.)

Am I missing something to show the current progress of the challenge? A keyboard shortcut? Clicking on a specific item? Sacrificing a goat to the Earthmother? I've tried everything I can think of.

How do you knock down cars in Asphalt 8 multiplayer?

When playing multiplayer mode I have trouble knocking down cars, the guide says hit from rear or sides, but there seems to be some tricks / conditions to it. I would like to know more of what is required.

Minecraft nether portal info

I've been playing Minecraft for a little over a year now and I finally got a portal to the Nether. I've been in the Nether for a while, but now I'm lost and trying to find my way back before I starve, so I've pretty much used up my resources.

So my question is: if I break my portal (in the overworld) and then fix and relight it, will the corresponding portal in the Nether spawn in the same spot, or somewhere else?

Is the Zen Garden a good investment?

In Plants vs Zombies I am interested in earning enough gold to unlock all the minigames. I've currently got about 45,000 gold so I'm getting close to affording one. However the plants in my zen garden are demanding the gramophone, which costs 15,000. I could also buy the night zen garden for 30,000, but it's taken me a long time to earn that much so I don't want to waste it.

Does the zen garden offer a good return on investment? If I focus on improving it will I reach my goal of unlocking all the minigames faster than if I just saved my gold?
